Breakfast was very good. The 25% off the first dining was great. The ocean front room on the 9th floor provided a great view.
The warm blankets in the room had many long blond human hairs that we had to exchange. The pool hours could be longer in the evening, since it is still daylight past 6 and 7pm (we were refused towels, so we had to go to our rooms wet).

Die Lage ist natürlich super. Direkter Strand Zugang und Pool. Abends kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen.
Die Zimmer sind absolut hellhörig. Wir hatten eine Verbindungstür, die man ohne Probleme leicht hätte eintreten können, so dünn waren die Türen. Am zweiten Abend hat auch das Nachbarzimmer versucht, sich Zugriff zu verschaffen.
Sauber ist das Hotel nicht, zwar sind dort alle super nett und zuvorkommend aber allein schon beim ersten Betreten des Zimmers kommt einem ein übler Geruch entgegen, vielleicht übertüncht dieser den Eigengeruch aber er setzt sich auch in den Klamotten im Koffer fest und in allen Ecken sitzt ebenfalls der Staub. Das Bad ist okay, nichts besonderes aber die Klospülung haben wir zwei mal selbst gerichtet. Für zwei Tage okay, jedoch gibt es bessere Hotels in Miami, die wir zuvor getestet haben.

muy buena ubicación, frente a la playa y con salida directa a la playa, andando se puede llegar en un bonito paseo a South Beach y Española Way para cenar. muy buen desayuno.
cierre de la piscina a las 7pm, un poco pronto en verano, cuando vuelves de hacer turismo por la ciudad y te apetece un baño se ceirra la piscina. es más pequeña que lo que parece en las fotos. la habitación no es muy grande para 4 personas. pero no es algo importante, volvería a alojarme.

La playa cerca, habitación súper espaciosa y limpia. La comida exquisita. Muy lindo todo. Muy buen servicio de parte de los trabajadores.
El parqueo caro, 50 dólares 24horas 🤷🏻♀️ debería estar incluido en el hospedaje.

The pool and the location with the beach
Toilet didn’t flush, fin didn’t work, shower was way too hot with no way to make it colder, elevator took forever to come up and down, room had loud noise all the time and the breakfast had long lines.

Not a lot really
No heating in the room, exceptionally cold, no FOXTEL or ability to plug in using HDMI to laptop, no kettle facility. Staff had limited or no English skills.

The property is beautiful, the staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable, we checked in a bit early and the staff took it in stride and where very helpful. My wife opted to upgrade while we arrived and the upgraded ocean view room was perfect. The view was stunning. The next time time we’re in Maimi we’ll definitely be staying here.

The pool was so hot and useless, the beach was way cooler. Elevators broke down multiple times.

Pool area was smaller then expected. but the beach bar section was very comfortable staff was amazing. drinks were awesome. room was nice and clean. breakfast Buffett was excellent.
The fact that you couldn't smoke i understand in room but not on balcony either. i traveled to far for my bday not to have been able to enjoy my cigars.
miscommunication with front end staff from initial conversation due to flight delay. Front end staff weren't aware which made the first few minutes of my arrival very chaotic. Soon after the issue was assed by manager Ashley who later provided a discount for me having to pay full price for a night that was lost due to flight cancellation due to weather issues.

This was my second stay at the hotel and as always the hotel facilities are excellent.
I did not like getting a room with poor visibility of the sea having paid for an ocean front. At the front desk Mr Alvin and Mr Max did not want to help me get the room for what I had reserved and paid for. This was very unpleasant.

The staff is amazing, it help for any problem even when the authorities has remorqued my car to towing services.
Unfortunatly, there are only 2 elevators for all the hotel's guests.
