The apartment was wonderful

Nothing to dislike

No breakfast, location was fine. Great beach.

Our place was filthy. Housekeeping took 3 days to respond to my text messages. Once we got their attention they responded. The fabric furniture was cleaned, cutting boards provided and condo was recleaned. We found Rotting food left behind in cupboards, disgusting. Rusty patio furniture was replaced. The ceiling fan was so dirty that we wouldn’t use it. The balcony had a pile of bird excrement on it. We were totally dissatisfied with the response time and cleanliness of the unit, 203E. The elevators were down 6 of 7 days. Knobs on the dresser and tv cabinet were broken and missing, replaced by maintenance. No offer for compensating us for our inconvenience.

Location was great, all pools being heated would’ve been nice. Beds were comfortable. Maintenance staff was helpful.

We had to be extra careful where we walked because multiple tiles started to “tent” and break. We also had to call maintenance 3-4 times in the one week stay because the AC/heat kept not working.

Alarm going off early in the morning ..scared family. We thought it was a fired and started to get out but realized no other floor was getting alarm.

It was great! Need the outside windows washed also the frame needs pressure washing

How close it was to the beach. Separate decks. The layout was great for our family needs. The views were amazing. Living room was a great space.

All the beds need new mattresses. You could feel the metal bars under you. The fans moaned/squeaked and no curtains to block the morning sun in half the bedrooms. Uncomfortable outdoor furniture.

The hotel elevator s on the East side are horrible. I had to walk from the 21st floor to the 2nd. Hotel needs a up grade.

that I had to go buy my own pots and pans to cook with and Utensils because it did not come with any of that inside the condo even though it was supposed to. the fact that the floors and the Bathrooms where not clean

The location of everything ( restaurants, grocery shopping, souvenir shopping, etc) was perfect. The condo (203E) was clean, the master bed was so comfortable, and the bunk beds were comfortable too. My kids and husband passed out on the couch several times, so it must have been comfortable. I loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer in the condo, very convenient. The sliding door was difficult to open to the patio and at first I was bothered by that, but I liked the fact my kids (4 & 8) weren't able to go out there without us. The beach was right there, so not a long walk. The kids really enjoyed the play area. There were 3 pools so I don't feel like it was ever overcrowded. We will definitely stay here again!

A few extra items in the kitchen would be helpful; such as a toaster, scissors, bottle opener and some oven mitts but wouldn't deter me from not staying. There were only 2 elevators and they weren't very large elevators for that large of a building. You will be charged a 3.5% credit card fee on your last payment which was not explained anywhere on booking.com, so make sure you pay by other means if you want to avoid this.

pool is kind of sandy i understood it's on the beach . pool water's not clear .surround ground is not clean... water and water stain on the ground . again i understand it is on the beach...

Got stuck on elevator for 30 mins in this metal box tried calling maintaince and every phone# we had and had to call fire dept had 2 kids 10 and 2 years old 1 handicap and 2 other adults no reimbursement on any of our stay only thing they say not responsible for elevators its there building never waste myvmobey here again 5800.00 mind you

room was way way over priced for what it was. air didn’t work proper called made a complaint a few times nobody came.

The location

There was only one bedroom not two like it stated. The bedroom was on the opposite end of the condo not the balcony side. The twin beds that were in the hallway were not a bedroom they were tucked in the hallway. The tub did not drain when showering. The decor is outdated.

The beautiful views, the walkway from the parking garage, and the staff were all amazing

The heated pool was cold.
