Spacious rooms. Great views. Easy beach access.

Checked out may 13 and it’s may 30 and I still have yet to see my deposit released. It’s showing as pending still on my card. My card company says they have not received notice to release but it will automatically be released after 30 days. Have stayed here multiple times but this will probably be my last. Property needs refresh. The “private beds” by the pool are a joke. I don’t see anyone wasting money on them. Place needs a market store or at the very least some vending machines.

Belle unité au goût du jour, l'emplacement près de la plage et de South beach, la gentillesse du personnel, propreté des aires communes et le service 5 étoiles de Lourdes au Tropical Lounge.

Le manque d'équipement de base pour la cuisine ( pas de savon à vaisselle, pas de linge à vaisselle, 1 seul couteau de boucher, manque de coutellerie pour 8 personnes, pas de plats allant au four, pas de ciseaux, pas d'ouvre-boîte ), le manque de nécessaire en papier ( nous devions demander du papier de toilette et essuie -tout aux 2 jours mais la livraison à notre chambre était faite lorsqu'on le demandait), la lenteur des ascenseurs et le gym ( si on peut appeler ça un gym. 2 appareils sur 12 fonctionnent, un peu malpropre et pas ou très peu de climatisation).

Nos gustó mucho el piso, muy cómodo y bonito, lo único que diría es que las camas de la habitación que hay dos que dicen son queen son pequeñas, las queen son de 180 y estas eran de 135, el resto todo fantástico , volveremos sin dudas !!

Not enough elevators, pool area paving was old and rough. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. No cable TV and no Netflix or streaming service Only 1 bowl for a room that sleeps 6. A slow 2 person coffee maker for room that sleeps 6

beskidt i lejligheden. chokolade på gulvtæppet. våde gulvtæpper. lejlighed til 6 personer men kun 4 stole v. spisebord og 2 på balkon, samt en 2 pers. sofa. køkkenservice manglede. er glad for vi kun havde 1 overnatning der.

Apartamento sempre gelado por causa de central de ar-condicionado, apesar de estar desligado no apartamento. Café da manhã ruim e não há serviço de limpeza, não tem menu do restaurante para o serviço de quarto. Colchão muito moles, muito desconfortável.

El lugar tenía muy mala mantencion en el exterior y parking del hotel, el personal de check In al momento de nuestra llegada muy mala atención, no nos proporcionaron toda la información. La entrega de toallas muy mal sistema, al momento de solicitarlas no había disponibilidad.

No me gusto el trato del personal de recepción, gente sin experiencia de trato al cliente, y que me cobraron dinero de mi garantía que no debían, me siento robado

El Check out ,horroroso el mal trato ,me equivoque n el horario ,pensé que era a las 12:00 y era a las 10:00 ,llame a recepción y le pedí last check out de 30 minutos, me dijo que se lo que le solicitara a la camarera ,al llegar la señorita le explique y solicite 15 minutos , lo mismo ya que estaba algo atrasado ...al rato llego un señor de seguridad para "invitarnos " a salir ,note que iba armado ,nos dio temor ,nos apuramos y bajamos a entregar llaves Denigrante y cuestionable legalmente Asimismo el subterráneo donde esta lo estacionamientos esta inundado de agua ...peligroso .No volvemos mas a este hotel

Terrible. 1 restaurant that was closed too early. Had to walk 4 blocks to get lunch for my family. In the room, every time the AC went at night it made a loud buzzing sound that kept waking us up. Eventually we just turned it off but were so hot an uncomfortable all night. They offered no late check out so the entire hotel was checking out at the same time (10 am) so the elevators were so slow, and the ATM was out of order so had to leave the premises again to get Cash.

Location and the size of the suite

The rooms were very tired and old it was like something from the 50's probably when the place was built. The beds were uncomfortable and noisey. The sofas were very hard and the chairs were even harder. The bar and restaurant were closed already at 7pm.

Not much. The beach access was good but rest was not!

We didn't find value for money at this hotel because service was very poor. The hotel rooms didn't have any items for bathing essentials or kitchenware - such as shower gel, milk or tea and coffee. There was no room service provided at all and also staff was unresponsive. Another issue was wifi- very bad connectivity and we had to keep requesting the reception for codes to connect, however... we were unable to get connection.

Seeing my family which had nothing to do with the hotel

The room was outdated and smelled bad, housekeeping never came to do turn down only to kick us out of our rooms, the food was not good and overworked, loud people partying at 4am, the construction by the pool, the prices for everything in general... Check out at 10am is ridiculous

they not coming to clean the room. Take care of your things and don't let the employees take your luggage, They apparently took a bag from us and when we went to complain and asked to open security cameras the next day the employees who took our luggage did not arrive at the hotel
