Slow room service. Took three calls to get towels which took five hours

excellent fitness facility & location. nice closets w plenty of hangers, rainfall shower head and nice bathroom

pool was too cold to enjoy. sheets didn’t fit the bed, kept coming off and there we SO many layers of covers. no refrigerator. we were told no room service from the grill & vine restaurant ?

I had to switch rooms because house keeping never came and my room was dirty from the very beginning.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. Suite was larger than usual, beautifully decorated with many amenities.

Difficult to find at night. Needs bigger Westin sign.

Love the hotel in General and I love the size of my king bed suite!

Terrible communication with Staff. Had to call 4 times to get room clean. Maids were diligent, but the communication between staff was terrible. 4 days of no cleaning not even the elevator's trash, that I had to use because my room was starting to smell.
