The staff were friendly and knowledgable of the area. We went to the recommended bar in the evening and then the recommended diner for breakfast and both were fantastic recommendations from the 2 receptionists! The room was clean, modern and very spacious. The hotel was just a 5-10 minute walk from plenty of places to eat and from the main city attractions. The parking was super easy! We paid for parking with our room, it is a public parking garage right next door to the hotel and on the morning of our stay I received a QR code via text. We were able to scan as we arrived and we could leave the car there until 11:45pm on the day of our departure. This was really helpful as it meant our car was sorted for the day as we explored more of the city the next day!

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Rooms need more attention to cleanliness.

A lot of hair in bed sheets and some stains on sheets that you could tell hadn’t been ran through the wash. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Maybe wiped with a damp cloth at best. The room needed vacuumed especially entry and bathroom. Carpet looked to be vacuumed. The headboard and remote both had a lot of greasy fingerprints.

Both beds were dirty and needed all new sheets. The floor was so dirty it turned my kids feet black within 20 minutes. Spoons for all of the breakfast foods were sitting directly on the counter tops.

The breakfast was great! All hotels should serve breakfast this good. There was plenty to choose from and food was always stocked and available throughout the breakfast hours. It was quiet, despite being a busy weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Nothing! The bed could be a bit more comfortable, but that's just being nit picky 🙃

I like the bed it was like sleeping on clouds and the room was clean and no bugs. The breakfast was pretty good.

I did not like the first room they gave me sink did not drain at all and the toilet would not do more then one flush and there was no hand soap. But they did put me in a new room the next day. That room was good accept the shower door would not close shut. While in the shower the door would just slide open. They just need to go though all there rooms in make sure maintenance is taking care of over all.

Great location and lovely room. Guest laundry and gym.. Breakfast was good. Parking was right next door. Expensive but very convenient and pretty secure

The coffee and hot water was constantly running out and not being refilled despite staff being told.

The comfort of the bed was a little bit desired, little too hard for me.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink, around the toilet and long hair in the shower. The shower wall had liquid soap or some sort of body wash dried to the tiles.

Hotel was a 20 minute walk from Angel's Envy Distillery tour. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance on Main St. It is one block from the Louisville Slugger museum. Bed was comfortable, breakfast had plenty of choices.

The hotel entrance came up suddenly and parking is behind the front entrance to the right.

Room and appointments were among the best I've experienced; bathroom was excellent. At breakfast, the fruits, juices, coffee, and pastries were good.

Breakfast was a little disappointing: omelets, sausages, & other warm foods were cold, sometimes soggy. On the first morning, the only yogurt was blueberry. Also, the sliding entry doors didn't work, making the lobby and breakfast area cold and uncomfortable.

Location was great for walking to several distilleries on the Bourbon Trail!

Breakfast was repetitious; staying for 6 days was a bit much with the same breakfast everyday.

Great service, large rooms with suitcase bench, beds are a bit more soft than other hotels, very clean, good breakfast.
