Dirty tubs, molded shower curtain

The hotel was a great value, and checkin was simple and straightforward. There is someone there 24 hours in case you encounter any issues or need anything. The room was quiet, had plenty of space, and had clean, comfortable furniture.

The wifi didn't work at all. I had to use Xfinity's hotspot instead. There was also no hot water available in the shower when I tried to use it in the morning. It would have been great if that was at least provided.

The location

No breakfast provided. When entered room there were no toiletries-such as SOAP. Had to go to desk to get soap & it was little TINY bars. Had to use two together & still could not get lather on wash rag. Towels too thin to get dried off. Toilet clogged up 2 different times. Had to get plunger to clear it. Begged for an extra towel to dry washed long hair. TV not working very well. Furniture was damaged & room looked very dryers.

Not clean. No room service. Lights are very dim I end up buying my own desk lamp to be able to read.

I liked that it did have Wi-Fi, and a decent tv. I liked that it has a roof and four walls. I liked that it had a window and curtains or privacy. I liked that I had a bed to sleep on with blankets and pillows for warmth. I liked that I had a place to sleep safe from the elements.

No stopper for the tub so I could take a bath. The faucet for the tub/shower does not have a cold setting, literally hot or it is off. No coffee maker or coffee in the room. Cigarette burns all over the comforter.

It was nasty

EVERYTHING the TV didn't work they refused to move me the shower was water was cold awful experience
