Room was not as shown on website. It was in a completely soft older building which paint peeling from the ceiling. Patio door was not in working condition. Bathroom was filthy with dead fly on shower curtain. Tile missing from the wall. My friend got stuck in the bathroom because the door was not opening back up. Smell of strong cigarette smoke. Even though it was a non smoking room. Time I walked in I was one the phone to booking.com. They were no help. We did not stay there The lady in the office gave my what was to be a cancellation receipt which turned out to be a scam. I am working to get my money back but neither the hotel or booking.com is wanting to refund me. I will be taking this viral and to 12 on your side for investigation. It was room 109. I have pictures and videos

The ocean is right there, I was able to relax on the beach all day and night

I didn't like the fact I was supposed to get a room with a kitchen.. Ended up with a room with a microwave and refrigerator..

Rooms are raggity, soon as we got to our first room there was two roaches in our room. When I spoke to the front desk they switched our rooms but there was roaches in that one too. Probably won’t ever stay at this hotel again

The recent hurricane made things less than grand. Not the fault of the hotel, but I think it is time for the hotel to make some updates nonetheless. For the price, you can't beat the location and friendliness of staff though!

The office workers were fantastic. The place was well taken care of and all public areas were very clean

We should have been warned that housekeeping never cleans the room. We were there 4 nights and housekeeping came to our room only once

The price of the room for the week with what I got was amazing. I got a queen size suite with two queen beds a living room area with a small couch and a Murphy bed. The kitchen actually had some pots and pans to cook with. Staff was nice and friendly all the time. They look like they are in the process of doing some upgrades to the rooms.

Well for one the "hot tub" was never really hot and on the last night it was just cold like someone turned off the heater part. It took someone two days to clean around the pool area which should be done daily if not nightly.

Loved the location and the fact that our room had a jacuzzi tub and was oceanfront.

It doesnt seem luke they have a housekeeper.i never saw one, and our room 905 wasnt swept very good so they couldnt have mopped it.Underneath the dressor was alot of dust. The coffee pot still had a nosty coffee filer in it with mold growing. The pool was chilly and the hottub was not warm. There were cigarette butts around near the hottub.
