The room is large and modern feeling. AC in the room worked great! Staff was very nice and check in process was super simple.
The bed was too firm for my liking but everyone is different so they might be perfect for someone else!

close to I-10. It wasn't that big of a deal.
The bads were hard. The hotel look run down. Breakfast was just plain. Don't expect much for the hotel.

The night staff wouldn’t let us into lobby and made us go through side entrance. Amenities were minimal. Property wasn’t updated.

It was clean
I booked a room with 2 beds, but when I got there, the clerk said I had only booked a room with 1 bed. When I showed her the reservation clearly stating I booked 2 BEDS, she refused to change it. I had to sleep in the bed with my 2 children and it was not comfortable. Plus, the air conditioning unit made a horrible noise all night long. It woke me up several times. Not to mention, the hotel is next door to a strip club. One of my young children suggested we go stay there since the clerk refused to give us the room we paid for. lol

room smelled like mildew and refrigerator in room was turned off. breakfast was pathetic. hard biscuits and cold sausage. we went to Whataburger instead.

Great value and easy to drive to with plenty of parking and felt safe. Front desk was professional and room was clean and large. They were able to resolve an incorrect credit card issue good location for fast food restaurants.
Not much available for breakfast. Shares parking lot with strip club. Front desk staff was a bit difficult to reach when at front desk and bell was pressed.

Convenient location
That the air conditioner in my room made noise the whole time I was there plus the heater took hours to warm the room up..the whole Facility was cold stating that it’s like 24° outside walking thu the hallway to get to the room was freezing…plus someone had a dog in the room next to me that made noise Throughout the night so my sleep was uncomfortable

Check in and out was easy. Room was clean.
Tv would not work. I tried everything to connect it to the channels. I am pretty tech savvy and this was a no go. We got a double room and did not sleep in one of the beds as it had a stain on the covers. The lights we all or nothing in the room. Switch flipped them all on and all off. Location is questionable. Next to gentleman's club and bars but was still a pleasant stay.

Location was great. I've stayed there before and it was better than this time.
The TV would work on and off. Had to keep calling the front desk about that and the pillows are not long enough that are just to short for the beds. They need to upgrade.

The AC didn't work too well, and the breakfast had nothing by 730am wasn't being refilled. The TV screen was purple and green coloring ..

Convenient location. Room was very clean. Eateries nearby (within walking distance).
No luggage cart available for our gear (we were on the 2nd floor). Exit door by laundry needs repair (barely latches and had a major gap between door and frame).

It was a good price and the cleaning staff was great and nice.
I didn't like the location, it was right in the midst of bars and lounges. Some of the staff was rude.

Beds were comfortable and they had good tp in the bathroom.
Breakfast was nearly non-existent, next to nothing stocked. Should not list breakfast available since that is what I look for at any hotel I stay at and they did not come close.
