the accommodation was expensive

Location and oceancreek was great.

We had to wash our own towels with not bringing change and it was very difficult getting change with their being a coin shortage. Had I known in advance I would have brought change. I also was told by the resort I was in violation of having trash in front of our door and the items were there when we arrived. O called the palmetto rentals and found out it was from previous guest. Then when we left we followed the directions of putting the keys in the return box then I was charged for not returning keys when calling the palmetto vacation rental they hadn't checked the return box before charging me. I think they should have been more thorough before charging my account.

Ocean Creek is wonderful. And close to the beach.

Well first of all our room wasn't ready and when they did clean the room they did not provide fresh linen. Then it was broke. Items outside our door and in our room that the renter refuse to come get. After phone calls , pictures and text messages. The renter was impossible to get up with to accommodate our problems and not responsive to our request. I will never rent through Palmetto again. But will stay at Ocean Creek.

Ocean Creek itself had many amenities. We appreciated the golf cart shuttle that helped us get around the large property

The unit wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived. There was coffee and a used filter in the coffee pot, the master bath had hair in it and a wet washcloth in the tub from the previous guests. The patio door didn't close completely. Towel service was also not provided. For some reason there were two full sized microwave ovens in the kitchen so there was very little counter space. For what we paid, it should have been much nicer and we should have been able to get fresh towels after a couple of days.

Roomy villa clean Had everything we needed. Private and not as loud as hotel / motel.

We had a few ants in the kitchen. Parking areas were a little dark.

Maintenance of the unit.

Not much other than the location. The condo was dirty. The carpet had stains everywhere. The master bath toilet had pubic hair on it. The trashcan in the Master bathroom had trash left in it, wrappers said booty wipes. Disgusting! There were cookie crumbs all over the hallway floor by the large trashcan. The kitchen counter had coffee drippings on it by the keurig. The online pictures showed the room as having two twin beds in the second bedroom however when we arrived it was one full size bed. I have an 18yr old son and a 21yr old son, they were not willing to sleep in the same bed. So my 18yr old had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. And to top it off I woke up Wednesday morning with 7 bug bites on my stomach area so now they are having the condo inspected for bed bugs.

The location was amazing.

There where some stains on the floor and there was a hole in the wall by the bathroom door. Also one of the cabinets in the smaller bedroom was peling a d looked like it had water damage.
