Our unit was nice and comfortable
Elevators were horrible. Not unusual to wait 30 minutes for an elevator. Several lights in unit not working, likely burnt bulbs, security guard at pool /pool rules were a little excessive. kids couldn’t even play ball even though they were not being rowdy.

The view, beach access, and the size of the room

the location was great, view is beautiful! staff was great
the orange bracelets at the pool deck with constant reminder of needing it on… we were down there for a softball tournament so they were constantly needing to take them off, then one would get misplaced and the hunt to find it… or if the kids had them on to swim while the adult was just sitting in a chair to watch them, they would have to go to the room to get the bracelet… seems like their would be an easier way….

Location right on the beach, hot tubs, and nice gym

Unit was large, elevators are fast
All 3 beds were terribly uncomfortable. We did not rest well the entire trip. Even the young kids had issues staying asleep and complained about being sore every morning. Decor and lights had dust caked everywhere. Floors, kitchen, bedding was all clean, but it had to have been months since the unit was dusted.

The view was beautiful. The staff was great. The security, the cleanliness was top notch. Everything was great. The condo was beautiful and clean.

I liked where it was located.
It was too expensive to walk in to dirty floors. Sand everywhere. Flip flops left beside a bed. Cigarette butts in drawers. The condensation drain on the air handler was broke. We walked in to water all over the floor. It was coming up from under the hardwood. So if had been leaking for a wile. I called the front desk. They said they would send maintenance up to fix it. They never did. I pushed the drain back on and kept watching it all week. It kept wanting to fall off again. They sent us extra towels up to clean it ourselves. Didn’t even care to clean it. Left it up to us!!! Also no toilet paper. We had to go buy toilet paper, a mop, cleaning supplies, dish soap, and trash bags. For the $ we payed for this place we shouldn’t have had to buy any of that. There was mold around the air vents (bad). Thus place needs a lot of work. Not to mention having to pay for parking in the building we are staying in. Why in the world would we have to parking in a building I just payed $3400.00 to stay in for a week! Needless to say they advertise one thing and actually have something totally different

Beautiful condo, great location and views!
Remote for one bedroom didn't work, and elevator was very slow. Staff would not give us one extra garbage bag.

TV's and wifi didnt work for the first several days of trip. Parking garage is awful if you have truck or SUV. Be sure to bring extra blankets none provided only sheets.

It was in a great location. Staff was friendly and eager to help.
It wasn’t very clean. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. The air conditioning wouldn’t adjust. The WiFi didn’t work or the TVs.

Very nice condo and beautiful view. Rooms were spacious.

Convenient parking and easy pool and beach access.
Floors were super dirty inside room. Also big roaches on walls when waiting on elevator.
