Didn’t end up stayin.

Very small parking lot. Shower was broken, they gave no heads up about it and they wouldn’t give us another room.

I did not stay there. There was no working bath/shower facility

The room had no working shower. there was no faucet in the tub or even a nozzle that fit to turn it in. There was a huge hole in the wall where the water should come out like pipes were missing. I asked for another room they said they had no they vacancies and would cancel my reservation

It was not fit for stay.

Nothing

Everything. There were stains on the bedding and wall. Mattress was hard. Bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and didn't even close. Iron was missing. Shower drained very slowly. Very low water pressure. Upon leaving, noticed a broken window, UPSTAIRS!

I had to wait 15 minutes for the man at the counter to get my information to try to check in since he was on the phone only to be told my reservation that I had booked ahead of time was no longer available. All he did was tell me to look elsewhere.

Good!

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Close to bus stop to go to airport.

Neighborhood/people staying were a bit noisy. WiFi password was not available and person at reception was not there to ask.

the smell of weed and cigarettes are so stronger, all the room smells bad, the place is no good for long stay, I don’t recommend this place to stay, the bed was uncomfortable.

There was a payment at the desk, John DiGrazia explained booking.com. The payment excludes my Genius status?

Wait too credit is made through booking.com, Genius should show July 3rd-July 5th.

it’s okay for a very , very short stay when you’re extremely tired/ homeless

beds were as hard as cardboard .

Disappointing

Staff was helpful and accommodating. 20 minute drive away from restaurants, and there is a laundromat next door.

Parking was limited, the entrance to the parking lot was narrow. The room we stayed in smelled like cigarettes. We kept the windows open all night and could not get rid of the smell. The floor and walls felt sticky.
