The owner asked me to pay for extra night over the phone then she tried to use my card to pay for her cable bill

I payed for breakfast but there wasn't breakfast.

When i first got there,the door was lock.so i mash the bell nothing I was outside 30 to 55 minutes. Then i contact the owner, evenually she sent me the code. Upon entering the room I notice the bed was not made and the pillows didn't have any case on them plus they where dingy. 2. The bed only had a fitted sheet and the comforter was in the closet with the towel and wash cloth. 3. The bathroom, as reported was dirty but the toliet was given me stain. It's almost like the water pressure is to low.. 4.The kitchen has two pot. One is a sauce pot and the other was a small frying pan wit two big spoon.

I went online to extend my stay,because the temperature drop. Around 3, this man came in and check out time is 12. I told him I extended my stay. So he called her.and she started fussing. So he came back to me and said we don't do that here. So I said if we'll just let me redo over again and she start yelling at me. So I turn around and started packing up.. then he started talking slick. After I had remove my things, he ask me where were the pillows case I said, I didn't see any. Then, he asked abt the towel and cloth,. I said they are on the bed. He then reply, don't say that cause I put two set of towel n clorh in this room. Then he started fussing. I said, look I don't have ur pillow case nor ur towel set. Now i f you dont believe me you can check my stuff.I ask him why are you talking to me like this,what have I done to make you talk to me like this.. he said no I don't won't to check your stuff. Then he help me bring the rest of my stuff down the stairs.
