Very clean, nice location

I could hear the rooms surrounding mine. Also there was only decaf coffee in the room.

There was room to park a big rig and you really need to add that with a map of where to your website. I guarantee from a truckers perspective it would add a lot more business to you.

The breakfast was very good. Convenient hours, variety of options, efficient service.

Cleaning our room was a hassle! We had to “schedule” which day (during our 3 day stay) we wanted our room serviced. We selected a day, and the room was not cleaned. No fresh towels, no trash removal, no replenished coffee supplies.

Prices were raised due to music festival. $330 per night (including tax and fees) was out of line!

well located to access all major routes, comfy bed with a great restaurant over the road. coffee is ready early! front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

breakfast was limited, can’t say I have even been given plastic cutlery and a paper plate at a hotel before. The gym has very limit equipment, it was not serviced once in the 3 nights I was there. there were no towels or anything to clean the equipment with.

Room was small/cramped. The only chair was not designed for use at the table with a laptop, nor was it comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was disappointing: watery juice, shoe-leather sausages, uncooked potatoes, tasteless, pre-prepared "omelets". Coffee was good.

we got there at 4:30pm and it took them more than 30 minutes to have a room ready for us. we were told that the pool was heated and the water was cold. no clean towels in the pool area

First of, I love the lady in the customer service area! Talk about multi-tasking. Never felt a guest ignored. For me, that is a good thing, because if I were the next guest (that time, I first in line), I would love to have my presence acknowledged (even if I know they know). I forgot her name but she is a wonderful and lovely lady! Second, loved the beds and the room associated with it. Breakfast meal was good enough to bring you on the go!

The bathtub in our bathroom doesn't really drain very well but good enough to keep the water down.
