We were not put in the reformed part. Furniture old, air con old, tiny old shower head, no catch or lock on bathroom door so couldn’t close it

Room was clean.

Hi, why were we not informed in advance about the major building works going on directly above our room? At least then we could have perhaps cancelled after making an informed decision. We cannot even talk in the room when it's going on! Don't get us wrong the room is clean and modern, it is the constant machine noise from just b4 8am.OUR RESPONSE: Please do NOT take us for complete fools! The hotel is UNEQUIVOCALLY going through MAJOR refurbishment works and a THOUGHTFUL hotel would have 100% advised ALL guests in advance and asked them if they wanted to continue with their booking. Clearly that does not apply to your hotel? Why is it EVERY SINGLE floor is being refurbished, that is not classed as ‘emergency works’ as you claim. Clearly caring about your guests and any reputation you may have is not your priority it seems? If it was emergency works then why does every floor have building site signs and each one closed off all at the same point in the building? Why is there a clearly modern end to the hotel and a very clearly older end? It is one building, has any member of staff sat in clients rooms and heard what can only be described as a disaster zone above. You cannot talk to each other or hear each other. Debris is constantly crashing into our ceiling above our heads. We feel we have no choice but raise this directly with Booking.com and advise YOUR FUTURE GUESTS of what they are letting themselves in for! As we have said the hotel is clean etc, but we do not expect to come on holiday to listen to this level of noise above us, in YOUR building. Perhaps you have not yet realised that blatantly lying to guests will come back on you, via social media etc. We know businesses are struggling, like everyone, but be honest with people and you will find they are far more likely to appreciate the situation but with blatant lies, they will not.

It had a local store close by and the breakfast was great.

Breakfast was lovely. Towels were soft and fluffy. Staff very helpful.

The attitude of the receptionist was like we disturb her. She just gave us the keys and she didn’t even bothered to tell us something about the breakfast (that was included), what time and where, nothing about the parking,basic information that a normal hotel give you . When we arrived in the room was no hot water. We were travelling with a 2,5 old child, we had to make shower and put her to sleep. I went down in the reception to ask about this and she told me they have a problem with the hot water and try to fix it. I told her that she should had inform us about this. Around 22:00 told us that we want to go they give us back the money, when our child was already sleeping. They said they cannot inform the people from 60 rooms about the problem. It was very obvious in the hotel was not so much people. They’re attitude was absolutely disgusting

Freshness and variety of breakfast was excellent. Staff was constantly present and cater to the clients needs. Hard to find better value for money

We chose this hotel because its distance from Parque warner. We arrived after midnight with 3 little sleeping kids at the car. The owner let us in to her privet parking and helped us with our check in. Just across the street there is a lively pub. We grab a grown-up hour for a beer. The breakfast was reach and tasty for the kids too. The hotel room is comfortable
