L'appartamento è spazioso (72 mq) ed ha una capacità standard di 2 ospiti, elevabile ad un massimo di 4 ospiti grazie alla presenza di un comodo divano-letto doppio. Il parquet e i soffitti con travi in legno caratterizzano l’appartamento. L'arredamento è sobrio ed essenziale e consente ampia libertà di movimento. Nell'ampio salone una semiparete attrezzata separa la zona notte, con letto matrimoniale, dal soggiorno. Nel soggiorno è presente un ampio angolo cottura ben attrezzato.Ampio ingresso e bagno. Arrivare in casa partendo dalla stazione ferroviaria Venezia Santa Lucia o da Piazzale Roma sarà molto semplice. Prendete il vaporetto pubblico, linea 2, fino al molo “Palanca” (6-7 fermate): la casa si trova solo a 5 minuti a piedi (circa 300 metri). Siete arrivati.
La Giudecca è un'isola di Venezia costituita da un gruppo di otto isolette collegate tra loro e disposte a forma di gondola. Dall'esclusiva posizione del celebre Molino Stucky, affacciato con fierezza sul Canale della Giudecca, si può ammirare un'incomparabile vista del resto della città. Loved our stay at the Molina Stucky apartment. Only four stops by water bus to San Marco. A nice quiet location across Guidecca canal from all the sights in Venice. Groceries and restaurants a short stroll away. The apartment was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

This was a really wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing. There is a short walk from the water taxi and it is peaceful and clean.
We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay out of the main hub of Venice.

We loved this property! Staying in
Giudecca gave us the best of both worlds in Venice. We were a short boat ride across the lagoon to the beautiful city center and could return easily to the peace of our pretty apartment overlooking Venice and the lagoon. Groceries are in quick proximity. Communication with host was easy and an English speaking greeter was arranged. We will stay here again when we return to Venice.

Love this apartment on Guidecca! Next door to the Mulino Stucky Hilton was great! Easy boat access to central Venice, but in a lovely quiet and non-touristy area. The Hilton next door was convenient for bag storage, as well as boat access to Venice, while also offering a place for late night cocktails/ meals. We enjoyed being away from the hub bub of central Venice, while still being on the water with easy access to all the sights within a short boat ride away. The apartment was spacious; check in was easy, and the building was nearly empty, thus completely quiet. Would happily stay there again.

Although we arrived in the evening, we discovered later there were better options to arrive before the 9 pm extra charge. The apartment was clean and the proximity of the Hilton next door was perfect for late evening dining. There’s a great rooftop bar that has a wonderful view.
The complex was empty when we were there. Took the hotel boat to the airport which was outside the door .
More detailed information about the boat ferry and surrounding islands could have been available in the apartment. Also, a inside deadbolt

Vicki, the housekeeper met me at the apartment for check-in. I like to bring frozen meals when I travel so that I don’t have to worry about getting sick. She adjusted the fridge temp so that my freezer contents stayed frozen all week. Fridge contents did not freeze. There is a good grocery store on Giudecca just beyond the Hilton, the MiniMarket Coop. It's easy to find with Google Maps for whatever you need. They had a good produce selection. The apartment is in a beautiful location. Quiet and on the intersection of 2 canals. I enjoyed watching the senset from the kitchen window most nights. It's a great spot! Highly recommend!!

A great property, with everything you could need, situated a short vaporetto ride away from all the sights of Venice. We were met by housekeeper Vicky, who explained all the amenities in the apartment. The building it's situated in is an old converted flour mill, with thick walls and fantastic high ceilings. The apartment is very quiet and is perfect for those who want to visit Venice but also get away from the city centre. We thoroughly recommend this property.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Minutes walk to public water taxi that took us to the heart of Venice in less than 30 minutes. Amazing views of the canals. At night the local restaurants on both sides of the canal were delicious and far enough from the hustle and bustle to make you feel like a local. A definite gem.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only problem we had was that my wife’s iPhone was stolen at the train station so dealing with that made us late yo our check-in.

It Doesn't Get Much Better
We returned to Giudecca and the Molino Stucky after visiting in 2017. This remains one of our favorite, if not the all time favorite spot in Italy. A beautifully appointed condo in a fine building.

Great Location!
We have a wonderful rental experience and vacation in Venice! We absolutely loved the location, quiet walks along the water and more boat rides than we ever dreamed! Highly recommend, the locals were very welcoming and made our trip so memorable!

Fantastic apartment next to the Hilton Stucky a short walk to the water taxi to travel across to San Marco but enjoying the peace and quiet of the Giudecca area after a busy day sightseeing

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is located on Giudecca, a single stop from the first car park, and a short ride from the sights. There were a few restaurants and a COOP grocery store near by. The apartment was clean, comfortable, had AC, and a nice washing machine. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Location is wonderful. Quiet and beautiful view. The beds are firm but we slept great. Apartment stayed cool during the hottest time of year and naps happened daily. We liked being across the water from the crowded Venezia. Frequent water shuttles were available to take us across.

Quiet place
It was very clean and very large for sure!! Lots of space! The host wasn’t as helpful as what we are use to when staying at VRBO’s. She seemed to be in a hurry. We liked where we stayed in regards to location to experience a more authentic feel of how Italians live but it was a little farther than what I would choose next time we visit Venice. The building seemed rather empty so that made us feel like it was a bit sketchy.
