The property is centrally located in Midtown.

The area the condo was in is not a safe area for a woman to walk alone at night. It’s at the edge of the downtown. Not clean. Very poor value for cost: 1. Exterior code failed, resident let me in. 2 FOBs provided - 1 malfunction. No hair dryer. Staff had me go to another apartment to get new FOB, hair dryer. Neighbors left stinky garbage bag in hall across from apartment. 2. Apartment surfaces had smeared gray film over all surfaces, which I had to clean. Old food Garbage in sink drain. Prior used DIRTY dish scrubber- no fresh new provided. 3. Furniture very worn, wall clock no battery. 4. Tub disgusting - cracked paint coating. 5. Building elevator not sanitized during COVID. 6. Extra blanket not clean, bath rug was shag/plastic - unclear if clean.

The staff is rude and dont want to help you. If you call to ask them anything , they wont be able to answer your question and dont know anything. Getting into the building is hard. My room wasnt the cleanest when I arrive. My refrigerator was nasty on arrival with raw food in it from the last guest. I HAD TO CLEAN IT MYSELF ! The beds is hard and uncomfortable. They got fruit bugs real bad. I stay Thursday till Sunday and they wouldn't give me Clean towels when I ask on Saturday. They told me that I had to go to the store and buy washing power to wash the towel I already had on arrival and then use it again. The tub dont look that clean. They parking is awful. There lot of homeless people begging for money when you get out the car . DONT STAY HERE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE WHO DO NOT RESPECT OR CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER ! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN .
