Our a/c unit and our sink leaked the whole time.

Location in Myrtle Beach. Very close to a lot.

We stayed in room 406 and I realize every room is different. The price didn't match with the room provided. We left a day early. The pics of the property are altered, The pools are older. The facilities could use a renovation in general for what we paid. -Smelled like wet towels in the front room. -Generally the decor was outdated....The walls were textured floors were newer. -Linens, washclothes, dishclothes everything looks old, stained and worn. -The ceilings are peeling and the trim hasn't been caulked/ painted at all. -Keurig yes coffee pods no -There was hair in the shower and bathroom floor was dirty. -The bathroom was tiny and had worn stained linens. I worked at a hotel and we would never give those to guests. -The room sleeps 8 but there were 4 pillows and 2 blankets. Luckily we brought a blanket from home. -The shower curtain was filthy and covered in mildew. The shower didn't have a curtain liner. -The inside of the trash can in the kitchen was filthy. -There was food on the floor (noodles we ate at during our stay. -This place has had the same owner since 1988 so why haven't they care for this place better? I wanted to treat my wife to a nice trip and we spent a lot of time talking about the cleanliness of this place.

The beds are ok but the room is not big enough for ♿ people and also was roach crawling in bathroom

There was 4 roaches that I saw and we got stuck in the elevator

Everything nice and clean as expected. Pool was great,had alot of fun.

I called and asked to be moved to a room with the private screened balcony on it and didnt get a call back.instead i was lied to,saying only the pent house had this feature when both hotels had them,they are lined up on both towers but only the side rooms.Both towers!!!

Balcony faced the ocean. The condo was very clean, and beds were comfortable.

The water temp in the shower was a problem. either too hot or too cold

We loved the view. The condo was nice. Whatever little issues we had they took care of right away.

the room floor wasn’t clean enough , and I didn’t like the hidden fees that comes after the booking.com price .. till now I didn’t get what is that charge for destination fees !!!?

I really enjoyed the indoor heated pool and so did the kids! They spent more time in the pool than anywhere else.

The hot tubs weren't working correctly. They were colder than the pool so that was really disappointing to my husband and myself however our complaints about them were immediately followed up on and tried to be fixed! That made the experience even better knowing that we actually mattered.
