Plenty of room for big familias plus the water park is nice

There are 7 bathrooms, but most of them were with less than a half of roll of toilet paper

This home is great for a large group, every room had a bathroom and everyone had a bed. There are two living areas, a pool and a large dining room table. Everything was clean.

We stayed for 3 weeks and there were a few days we had people come in and were very loud. We mentioned the loud facilities and each time, the management responded.

Space size

pool didn't have heat so the kids got sick, the carpet was discussting, couldn't get any fresh air from back door because of the annoying alarm, no game room, the ac was regulated and were at times. Overall not good

the neighborhood was very nice. my family enjoyed it.

the kitchen water wouldn’t get hot. the ants were everywhere but that’s normal for Florida

It was convenient, beds were comfortable, nice pool great privacy in pool area.kids loved the water park.very spacious home and plenty of dishes and silverware and lots of different sets to choose from.

No grill as stated in the ad and welcome email, the air never seemed to get cool especially at night didn't sleep with covers because it wasn't cold enough, the ice maker didn't make alot of ice,also no extra toilet paper incase you run out as well as some rolls weren't new rolls they just stuck tape on it. The ceiling fan outside could definitely use a cleaning was very dirty also pavers around pool area were loose in some areas. No raft or floats offered for pool area, pool alarm was annoying as well as other homes around us pool alarms constantly going off.would of been nice to have a recling sofa in living room.

Pool light was out majority of the week and previous renters did not bag trash in large outside trash can & therefore maggots are in the trash can

I loved the location and the home itself was beautiful. My host was awesome as far as communicating with me through the entire process.

The property attendees and their attitudes along with the slowness to fix anything that was needed done at the time was very unprofessional and unaccomadating. They were not sensitive to the fact that it was a family vacation and that they would want us to return.

The house was great, very comfortable and relaxing. The people were very friendly and helpful when we called. We had a few maintenance issues but they came and fixed it right away.

There were a lot of ants. They took care of it when we called and we brought our on ant traps. There were no rugs by the door and pool. It rained a lot, the rugs would of stopped us from getting the floors wet. The shuttle service wasn’t always available. They need a better system to get in the gate.

Very nice amenities. The club house and water park were awesome.

Debris by pool area and the dryer wasnt working well.
