The room is very very comfy. Even the couch is very comfortable (I fell asleep there on my first night!). The provided amenities, kitchen supplies are very thoughtful. I was allowed to put my bags in the holding area without any charges

The lobby seems shady, warm and confusing. The check in process doesn’t requires any interaction with anyone. So I didn’t know if the room is ready for early check in or not until I go to the room myself to check it. The area is kinda quiet and unsafe..

The beds were comfortable, everything was good. I liked that everything was in walking distance of room but not right down in the middle of it.

We couldn't get into the media center. Needed more games in game room.

O apartamento é completo tem tudo até máquina de lavar e secar com sabão para lavar roupa, chaleira elétrica e cama muito confortável.

A localização não é em uma área muito segura e ao redor muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga.quando cheguei com as malas tive problemas com chave do portão e me senti insegura, pois não tinha nem funcionário na portaria, precisei abrir passaporte na rua e e fazer reconhecimento facial no sistema, pois precisei falar com uma central tudo on-line. Não indico para quem não fala inglês fluente. Não tem estacionamento mas possui um estacionamento público ao lado.

There was a washer and dryer in the unit.

The place is under poor management. There was a leak in the property, and instead of notifying me and offering me the opportunity to cancel the booking, they placed a trash can in the middle of the main living area to catch the water. It was dripping constantly because it rained a lot, so much that the trash can became almost full. The constant dripping sound was an annoying nuisance. The floors were also in dire need of sweeping and mopping, leaving our socks dirty. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, with drooping sides and flat pillows. The bedding was scratchy and made us itch, and the bed my daughters slept in creaked loudly with every movement. We also saw two roaches in the kitchen.

The location was nice. Furnishings were pretty standard.

On the first night of the stay, there was a sizable leak in the living area. We promptly contacted Hosteeva and requested a new room. After a building manager came and looked at the leak they offered their condolences and left. We got radio silence until I called again the afternoon just to be finally told there are no other accommodations they could move us to. Coming back to the room later in the night we found that the pool of water spreading across the room wasn't even cleaned up while we were gone. The only thing we would was an additional trash can in the room, presumably for any additional leaking. We ended up having to use the provided towels to clean it up ourselves. We weren't able to receive any of our requests for a new room, facilities to come clean it, or EVEN more towels.
