Everything, it was very clean, staff was very friendly , food was good, room was super cozy didn’t want to leave the bed!! I’ll definitely be visiting again!!

We heard from others who raved about this chain of hotels. We spent 1 night and were pleasantly surprised that they offered an inclusive dinner and breakfast buffet with plenty of options for picky eaters! Rooms were spacious snd very clean!

Some minor improvement suggestions would be to add complimentary lotion and toothpaste to the bathroom. And to invest in slow close doors or sound barrier cushioning as banging doors from rooms beside us kept us up into the wee hours.

As always Drury hotels been good to me. The room was clean and comfortable equipped with fr8g and microwave. Clean bathroom, free and plentiful parking. Tasty continental breakfast that's included with the room. Free complimentary drinks. Location is nice. All one needs.

The room could be slightly bigger, but there were more bigger rooms to book. So really nothing negative.

The hotel is in a good location in Pittsburgh and is close to a lot of nice things

The staff absolutely disrespects other guests by not reminding parents their children should be watched. I don’t mind kids being kids but this was crazy. Just one thing after another. Don’t bother staying here unless you have 2+ kids

I liked the hot tub! it’s so nice to relax after a days drive. I enjoyed breakfast and I missed the 530 kickback but that’s such a cool feature.

The beds could of been more comfy. The entrance into the parking lot from Ridge Road is kind back behind the hotel and slightly confusing.

We now prefer Drury properties because they always make us feel welcome. Antoine and Bernie went above and beyond during breakfast and the “kickback”, which is a reception the Drury puts on at each hotel, think free drinks, a hot dinner (hot dogs, baked potatoes, salad, nachos, soup, steamed veggies, etc.) Room was clean, Wi-Fi worked well.
