The pool was open. The staff was nice.

The room didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. We had to keep asking for towels. The hot tub water was colder than the pool water and the hot tub jets didn’t work. The breakfast was just sugar in a bowl and the coffee tasted like water and there was no decaf.

Nothing good

When stating contental breakfast that was very poor and the area was not taken care,the flooring though out the building was not clean,the doors wouldn't close unless you pushed or pulled really hard. Asking too have the room cleaned they would ignore listing to you. When we arrived the outside by the entrance had a strong odor of urine. Plus the swimming pool was closed the whole time while we were there for the stay with no reason why it was closed.

Location was Great very friendly helpful staff especially to shynell was clerk who checked us in Friday night ,very polite made sure my room was cleaned and ready

It be great if they served hot breakfast and up until 10 am

Rooms are pretty small compared to other hotels

The breakfast was not a lot, just a little snack but it was fine, it did the job.

There’s not much the place met expectation

Toilet was broke and pool room was hotter than it was outside and couldn’t even be used. Sheets were nasty and bed were uncomfortable.

The location

The hotel was run down a little. The room was a little musty. The bathroom wasn't clean. It was definitely not worth the money! I won't stay here again! I was very disappointed!

I liked the indoor pool facilities for the kids, soda machine, and breakfast offered. The gal up front who checked us in was super nice and welcoming.

I didn't like that you don't provide a pack and play or crib for your guests who are traveling with young children. You would only need to buy 2 or so. When people are traveling thousands of miles by plane, that is not something extra they want to take with them. Speaking for my family, we already had 7 checked bags plus carry ons, a stroller, and a carseat. The bathroom door did not close all the way or lock. The door had a huge crack in it, and chunk kicked out of the bottom. If you were able to charge someone for the damage, maybe replace it. Made me wonder what happened in that room.
