We spent the day with friends, from Nashville, on Broadway-Area. This will be an annual trip, on our way to New Orleans( Jazzfest)

Can't think of anything we did not enjoy:Music, Food, even the Uber/Taxi Drivers were pleasant/helpful. Looking forward,already to next year!!

I loved how they were willing to accommodate us early since our flight landed at 530am and we were exhausted from flying from the west coast.

Honestly I had no complaints.

Clean room, ability to control temperature, on time free shuttle to and from airport. Would have loved breakfast but I had to leave at 4am and breakfast does not start until 6am. Receptionist did go get me a yogurt and spoon.

Phone in my room did not work -- no dial tone. Was told it would be fixed tomorrow (too late for me.) Then I tried to set the room alarm, and there were no instructions on how to change the time, which was hours wrong, nor how to set the alarm. The receptionist looked at it and did not know how to operate it either and said she needed to get trained on that. I asked if I could have another room with a working phone. She said she didn't have any more rooms with a king bed. I said a twin is ok, I don't care, I need a wake up alarm as my cellphone got wet. She finally gave me another, closer room, which DID have a king bed. She did not call at the appointed time, 3:15am, though she knew I was relying on her. Room was definitely okay. The whole stay was tainted due to missed connection, only 3 hours sleep.

Location is about 7 minutes (by car) from the airport, and breakfast is very good.

The lobby was nice. Breakfast is free. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and modern. There was NO mold, and the room was CLEAN.

There was a smell of backed up drains throughout the hotel.. It was hard to tell if the hotel was on its way up or on its way down. Such as, the bathroom had nice new shower tiles, but the tub was stained. Whoever taped off the room and bathroom before painting did a poor job as there was over spray on many things. The wall corners and furniture corners were banged up

The carpet in the room was wet in areas it shouldn’t have been. Also, the sink leaked water when turned on.

Clean, comfy, easy on the wallet, close to our destination, good hotel breakfast, friendly staff. Arleatha was super sweet!!!

Clean and comfortable. The location was really nice, didn’t have to drive more than 20 minutes to any destination we were going to

Breakfast was mediocre & could hear every footstep above us and every time people above us used their water

The room was very clean and spacious. Modern features in the room with wall charging stations beside the bed on both sides.

The beds were hard. It was hard to get comfortable to get a good nights sleep. Also, the water pressure from the shower head was terrible! It was hard for my wife, who has long hair, to get the soap out when washing her hair.

Everything..... I had the King Whirlpool room, and it was Everything......Love it. Will be back for sure. Thanks

shower curtain rod was too low which allowed you to easily step on the curtain while in the shower

Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable. Cookies were amazing. Coffee anytime. Breakfast was good just not a good layout.

Price was higher than I would normally pay. Very busy weekend with a lot going on in town.

The property was being updated and the room we had was very nice.

The bathroom was quite small. The toilet and shower/tub feels like a closet it is so small.

I liked the jacuzzi but I didn’t have chance to use it I went to sleep because I wasn’t feeling well
