Location was good.

Noisy and continuously been wakened by construction work going on. The charge for the room was too high and I should also have been made aware of the noise and I would have used another option. Certainly not satisfactory.

My friend booked me a room on July 15th, 2023 & I had no idea that I would have an amazing experience staying at Ambassador Transit Lounge T2 in just less than 6 hours… I was welcomed by Mr. Veloo, a super friendly, enthusiastic and helpful man at around 8.50 PM. Then I let him know that I needed to have a meeting at 9 PM then he did what he could, to make sure I could run my meeting smoothly and comfortably. He also made sure I had my dinner right away after my meeting, for the buffee was going to be over in an hour. (Too bad I forgot to take a picture with him since I was in a hurry…) Then since his working hour was over, he introduced me to Mr. Steven, bless him, who was AMAZINGLY thoughtful, kindhearted and generous, to help me. He truly went above and beyond with everything he did to make sure I could have a good rest and proper meal since I arrived there pretty late. He’s very professional and made me feel at home and comfortable… I really felt welcomed and treated as a family by Mr. Steven and Mr. Veloo… What a pleasant and memorable stay I had with Ambassador Transit Lounge T2… It also had good choice of dishes and also great ambience… Thank you very much once again for your EXCELLENT hospitality! - Faridila -

it’s okay to strengthen your legs after a 25 hours flying and enjoyed the meal & beverages

the shower in the early morning was to cold , no more hot water

For what it was - a chair in a lounge it was perfect. I was expecting just snacks but there were proper meals on offer and plenty to drink with a good variety of food and drinks. Good showers too!

I had booked a bed for 3 hours which presumably I paid for only to find that there were no beds available which was a shame as I had an 18 hour transit but understandable given the airport situation and COvid-19

Food & infra was average (a lot under maintenance) but the staff was very good, polite, helpful & welcoming. thus the experience was very good, and will always use the facility again.

Less availability of rooms, Toilets & washroom.

Food was nice. The staff very accommodating and friendly.

Not designed for sleeping, better go to hotel.
