Great staff facilities & location

Die Hotelzimmer und die Poolanlage sehr sauber und teilweise renoviert.

Die Baustelle des Nachbargebäudes, es wurde jedoch bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht offensichtlich gearbeitet. Aber verstehe natürlich, dass auch Renovierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten anfallen....

Beautiful view, spotless room with plenty space, tea & coffee making facilities, plenty towels and excellent cleaning service daily. Fabulous spa and leisure facilities. Two beautiful out door pools and excellent bed service free of charge with fresh towels daily and umbrellas. Outdoor restaurant with great staff and food. Great breakfast and plenty to choose from to set you up for the day. The hotel is situated in the most amazing place with spectacular views and walks. Swimming a must and only a short walk away. Bus service to Dubrovnik about 5 mins walk away. Plenty restaurants with excellent food and drinks on your doorstep.

Air con struggled to get room below 25c Fruit flavoured tea bags as condiments, lucky I brought my own. The hotel had no entertainment, which was disappointing. Luckily, it's close to the strip with plenty of restaurants and bars

This is a good standard hotel. Breakfast has extensive selection. The room was clean. Great location to the beach. Pool area clean.

There were renovations when we were staying, and the gardens looked untidy and not open. (Communication could’ve been better about this)

very bad noise from construction to a new pool bar which was unbearable of steel beams being cut and drilled 7 days a week. we went to the beach only to find more construction and 20euros for one sun bed

Hotel is clean, location is good, pool area is nice, breakfast is alright.

Most of the staff don't greet you or smile, airconditioning is more like a ventilation system and takes a full day to get cold. Beds are uncomfortable and so are the pillows. If you get "park view" u get to look out on a tiny walk path with some green on the sides which is realy no park.. For the high price we expected way more, for real European standards this hotel would be a 3 star max.

Excellent doyyble room wiht sea view and balcony, huge breakfast choice, great location to relax and only a short bus or taxi ride to Old City. Plenty of restaurants, bars nearby by and also a costal walk.

Pool bar/service was not yet open, it was being renovated, will be super.

Great location, right in front of the Lapad beach, promenade. Lots of bars, restaurants and ice cream shops beside the hotel but unfortunately, smokers are everywhere so, it can be unpleasant for some

Bed mattress needed attention, springs protruding . Lifts need cleaning more, tiling instead of carped, Bacon at breakfast was always over done or under done, otherwise breakfast had lots of choice, some redevelopment going on with adjacent buildings and around pool, did not disturb when we were there as seemed to have downed tools for the week but would be noisy if not. Gate through park to the sea would have been nice if it was opened, make it a more accessible routs. We were a 45 minute walk into Dubrovnik or a 10 minute bus ride. Lovely walk and easily done, Lots of local amenities, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bus stop, and a beautiful promenade walk around the whole coast

The hotel is we'll located. Good brakfast and Tereza, at reception desk, was amazing. Much better than the others

On saturdays, it is impossible to sleep due to a loud music from a disco club close to the hotel. I couldn't sleep a minute. A smal room for this hotel category.

the abandoned construction site next to it . fortunately it wasn’t noisy, just a bit of eye sore.

This is the place to stay if you are visiting Dubrovnik. A short walk to the #6 bus that puts you at the gate to the walled city in 10 minutes (with a spectacular Adriatic view on the way). Behind the hotel is a .75 km promenade lined with restaurants--a perfect respite from the crowds you will inevitably encounter within the walls.Staff was very helpful with bus logistics and getting us the Dubrovnik pass.

Comfortable bed. Freshly decorated. Good location for Sunset beach. Good variety of food options nearby. Easy parking. Good breakfast selection.
