Wifi connectivity is awful

There is a saying hanging on the reception wall, "You live with us as if you were in your home" and it is 100% true. The hotel I lived in with my son was as if I were at home. Calmness and peace of mind. The workers were very friendly and helpful, and the administration was cooperating with me, as they offered me an offer to upgrade the room at a very symbolic price. The laundry service is fast and the rooms are clean and the hotel is located in the business district of Kampala and very suitable for the amount paid The restaurant is wonderful and has a wide and varied menu of requests, and the lunch buffet contains delicious Ugandan food at a symbolic price

The bathroom does not have an extractor or ventilation holes, so the place becomes like a sauna. The rooms and the bathroom need more and brighter lighting. The restaurant needs a speedy ordering process

Amazing stay. Dickson and the staff were amazing. The room was very good with AC. breakfast was great. Location is quite central with available bodas 24 hours. the staff was always very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Ok business-like hotel in downtown Kampala - great location within walking distance to everything - room adequate though not great - good restaurant w/nice terrace seating

- windows could have done with some cleaning - not an ideal hotel If you're sensitive to noise - a bit overpriced

The neighborhood is sketchy or even unsafe at night. However once inside it is quiet, tastefully decorated, in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. I couldn't ask for more from a hotel downtown even close to this price. It has a full breakfast buffet + Ahmad and fresh juice.

It's difficult for cars to navigate in the section of downtown. And there is apparently a lot of pickpockets and petty crime. But going directly from the uber into the hotel was easy.

Reception staff were mostly pleasant. Rooms service was offered, though the food was often not great. The room itself was very nice. Spacious, working air con. There was a tiny weird looking bug in the bathroom the first night, which worried me, but I saw nothing else for the remainder of my stay so it must have been a once off.

Firstly, the laundry service made a few of my clothing items discoloured. Mainly a beige corduroy jacket which is now light brown with navy splotches. I'll have to throw it away. But the main thing for me was the total disregard of my sleep. Nothing that I have to justify it, but I needed to sleep because I'd been travelling and going through timezones. And yet laundry returned my clothes at 7am one day!! Knocking on the door until I woke up and answered. Then at 9am the same day cleaning was knocking until I woke up and answered and told them I was still sleeping. Then at 9:30am reception was calling on the room phone asking if I was coming to breakfast (which ends at 10am). I said I wasn't, I was trying to sleep. Other days were slightly better and with fewer early morning disturbances, but I wasn't able to relax knowing that they would just knock and call at any hour. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign unfortunately. I think they should implement this.
