I flew in from the States on my initial booking the taxi service was prompt, the check-in was swift and professional, My second booking was on return from Mombasa on both occasions the staff from the cleaner and upwards were friendly and professional. I totally enjoyed my stay on both occasions, the menu though limited was well priced and professionally prepared and presented

The hotel is near to airport with perfect view, location is on main road, The Restaurant is on top floor where you can enjoy drinks.

There are no lifts

I felt safe and staff were mostly helpful. Wi-Fi was not working but it was a network issue.

Two things: I was not able to get hot water for my shower. More seriously, I was not able to get the receipt I needed. Since I had to pay in cash (because of the above mentioned network issue), I have no record of my payment. They took my email address to send me one, but they did not do so. I’m not sure why they would not give me a hand written one. I’m very disappointed by this and almost gave a more negative review. However, it was a safe and reasonably comfortable place to stay.
