I felt safe and staff were mostly helpful. Wi-Fi was not working but it was a network issue.

Two things: I was not able to get hot water for my shower. More seriously, I was not able to get the receipt I needed. Since I had to pay in cash (because of the above mentioned network issue), I have no record of my payment. They took my email address to send me one, but they did not do so. I’m not sure why they would not give me a hand written one. I’m very disappointed by this and almost gave a more negative review. However, it was a safe and reasonably comfortable place to stay.

The bed was OK, as was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly

the bathroom (especially the shower) was not very clean. I think you should do something against the mold.

Reasonably close to airport Room was a good size and had everything needed. I have used this hotel before and would use again when using airport.

Poor lighting in room, Airport pick up and drop off while good I feel is a little expensive considering how close hotel is to the airport.

Room was comfortable with all the usual hotel necessities. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport. The menu in the restaurant looked good, although we didn't eat there.

Place was very good. Comfortable, quiet, good place for a rest. Very close to Jomo Kenyatta Airport; managed to get my early morning flight well on time. Good view of the airport from the hotel. The highlight is the roof top restaurant, with full view of the airport, and the dual road below. All staff were genuinely friendly and hospitable.

Nice staff. Big and comfortable rooms.
