Extrem sauber in wirklich allen Bereichen, das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und man hat eine tolle Sicht! Am Pool sind genügend liegen und das Mittagessen an der Poolbar ist wirklich eine Sensation!

Hier und da mal etwas genervtes oder misslauniges Personal ansonsten gibt es in diesem Hotel wirklich NICHTS auszusetzen!

The Room was great

Location was perfect, staff were all lovely and the options for breakfast was great

There was a DJ playing by the pool area on Monday 2nd Oct, the mixing and the selection of music was terrible which was quite disappointing being our last full day at the hotel

Ontbijt was heel lekker

De muziek buiten stond te luid, tijdens het eten kon je elkaar niet verstaan.

Breakfast was lovely although for the price we paid for the hotel it would have been nice if it was included in the room rate. Hotel facilities, pool etc are all great. The view across the pool to the tower and the sea beyond is special. The DJ who played a long set on Thurs 17th was awesome.. we think more music like that by the pool would be great! It's our second stay at the hotel. We love it and we'll definitely be back again! Thank you.

Breakfast wasn't included in our rate. Diana Ross covers band was not our favourite. We'd like to hear more house music, particularly with live djs.

Room and general hallways are delapeted and need a very good clean. Room had lots of scratches and what appeared to be a booger on the wall. Room service was Absolutly not editable we had tried and had to through it out and at a whopping price of 40€ for 2 nachos (not edible) and a burger. Cleaners extremely slow and not friendly. Front office staff very accomodating. Overal ok place but not 4 stars

the amazing pool area! and the spa section which has a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge! the room we booked had access to the spa so make sure your room has access to it too. Also the amazing sea view from our room! make sure to ask for a top floor room :)

it’s a little far from the Main Street of d’en bossa but only a 8 mins walk from the restaurants by the beach so if you don’t mind walking 10-15 mins to get to the supermarkets, shops etc you’re all good!

Magical experience here at this gorgeous hotel. Amazing spa, celebration packages and accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

No complaints

The hotel looks modern and new. Big common areas and lovely outdoor areas including nice pool and bar/restaurant. Spa facilities and amazing gym. My room had a fantastic view and I guess all rooms were seaside facing. Staff was very helpful and provided a lot of insights and helped us booking a few activities. Breakfast was huge filled with decent quality products and was served in a seaside room. Parking facility was very convenient.

If I really really really have to find a flaw, perhaps the lift could have been bigger.

The location and hotel looks nice.

The room was súper tiny very small. Since the first day I booked the hotel reservation I requested two beds I even called the hotel directly. I also called booking.com requesting two separate beds . I even pay the full amount before arriving at the property. I wanted to secure my room with two beds. When my friend and I arrived at the room it was terrible, we found the big surprise, that the room they assigned to us had only one double bed for a couple instead of two beds for two tall gentlemen. On top of that the property was sold out. They couldn’t switch the room. This experience was very uncomfortable and disappointed. I tried to book another hotel with two beds near by it was very expensive of course without advance purchase everything was super expensive. My friend we couldn’t afford to pay mores or switch to another hotel. Also we didn’t know the area, first time outside the USA. I hope your company can refund our money.

A lovely modern hotel in a fantastic location. The restaurant and bar staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

The room was lovely and the sea view was wonderful. However, attention to detail from housekeeping was disappointing. For example, on the second morning the coffees hadn't been replaced and also on another day my old towel was removed by housekeeping but not replaced, which was rather irritating as I then had to call down and wait for a new towel before I could shower. Also, whilst the pool was lovely, the setting was great and the bar and restaurant staff were fantastic, there were many kids playing ball games throughout the day and one of them kicked a football into my head whilst I was sunbathing. He did not even apologise (though he was Italian and so I do not think he spoke English) and neither did the parent, this was hugely disappointing and I think it is very poor that neither the lifeguard nor another member of staff stopped the terribly behaved children before it got to the point that one of them kicked a football into my head.
