The apartment is the entire basement and was really lovely. It proved an excellent base for our trips to Innsbruck. The views are also spectacular. We had a car and was really convenient to come in and out.

It's a beautiful apartment in a small town called Götzens close to Innsbruck (less than 15 minutes drive to Innsbruck center). The surroundings are quiet and ideal for starting a hike or exploring the area. The apartment itself has an entry hallway, a kitchen, a bedroom, a spacious laundry, and a spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean and decorated nicely.

Great location on a regular bus route with a nearby shop. Huge bed, lots of space, lovely host. We’d love to stay again

Would have liked a few more towels.

The location was great. Everything was fine. A few minutes to the shop, downtown and the mountains :)

I was competing at Bikepark Innsbruck in Mutters and the location was ideal for a quick commute. There was also an Mpries within walking distance that was very convenient. The host was very accommodating for a few special requests so I highly recommend.

There is a Cat deterrent noise maker (high pitched tone) attached to the property that was distracting when the windows were open. It didn't bother me while sleeping but I thought I should mention it.

It did not feel private because the owners live upstairs and the house is quite noisy We heard the children a lot especially in the morning The tourist tax is NOT included in the Booking.com price. We had to pay it on arrival. Never had that before. The apartment is in the basement and can feel a little bit claustrophobic. The neigbourhood is like a suburb. It’s quiet but a bit boring for a tourist. There were not many Potts and pans to cook

Location was easy to find and accessible to Mutters where I had an event. The grocery store was right around the corner and made it easy to prepare meals at the well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was beautiful with a great shower and the bed was super comfortable.
