The property was excellent and my experience was amazing. Wonderful host I felt like family super friendly, they arranged my travel to zakopane in minutes helped to find an instructor for skiing and Mr. Andrew is an amazing person and a wonderful gentleman who drove me couple of times to train station and picked up later . On my arrival and return Picked up and dropped me off at airport. I would definitely choose them next time. 24hrs service, provided breakfast , clean rooms and tidy bathrooms. I’m super happy to choose this property and strongly recommend to everyone who is visiting krakow. The wife of Mr. Andrew helped to identify the places I need to visit and moreover she packed my breakfast when I go out for the day. They give full information on best places to visit in zakopane providing map and information on bus , trams and train. Excellent service!

Krakau became more beautiful becaus eof our stay here. The host is so helpful and energetic. Breakfast is hearty and they really make sure that guests feel home. for a big city it has a perfect location. taking the tram to the city was the easiest and most convenient for us. and no worries where to oatk our car. Very clean room and facilities. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Grocery store nearby. Used tram for transport to the city all the time.

I chose it in order to be within walking distance of the dentist. Because of motorway construction, it took a while to find the best route. There are good public transport links, taking 20 minutes by tram to the city from the stop on the main road a 10 minute walk away. The location is superb. A quiet, leafy suburban street, very close to an excellent little supermarket and a large park. While the landlady encourages public transport, walking is actually very possible. The room was reasonably quiet, very clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for a single traveller with a table, double bed, ensuite shower room with reliable hot water and towels. There is a fridge downstairs to store provisions from the supermarket that they turned on eventually. I kept my sausage and gherkins in there. The breakfast was a plate of ham, cheese, two little tomatoes, a lettuce leaf, a basketful of wonderful Polish bread, butter, jam, a pot of yoghurt, scrambled egg, cereal, and a piece of fruit and little wafer biscuit for later. The landlady speaks good English and is helpful, even if she has the habit of speaking VERY LOUD to help foreigners understand. It is family-run, so there is also a husband, aged parents, grown-up daughter and little white dog. It is good value, with a simple single room working out around £30 a night.

Not having an outside key means one has to ring the bell to get let in. Always there was somebody inside though. There is no common room apart from at breakfast time, so single travellers could find it somewhat lonely. There are limits to how much one can chat to the landlady before she needs to get on with her own work. The big main road several blocks away with massive ugly shopping complex is a modernisation that is not so nice. It is impossible to work out how to get a 7-day or 3-day travel pass around the city. I found out eventually there are ticket machines inside the tram, selling single tickets.

Beata and her husband Andre were fabulous hosts, from picking us up at the airport to helping us plan each day - where to visit, what restaurants to go to. We wanted to 'sample' Poland and we certainly did. The room was warm and very comfortable. Bathroom exceptional. Location is close to the Krakow centre but far enough away not to be aware of noise etc. Really enjoyed our stay.

The place is very comfy and easy to commute using public transport. Amazing hostess who gave many helpful tips to have a good stay in Krakow. I had to leave at 6 am so the hostess packed breakfast for me before leaving. Thank you so much for that. The room is good value for money and close to a supermarket. I would surely come back to this place! I recommend it warmly.

I had to leave early (06:15) for a visit to Auswitch and was given a delicious breakfast package for on the road. Perfect service. Also got advice on how to get to the old town of Krakau by way of public transport (very easy). The room was a suite and was great!
