Front desk and cleaning Staff helpful and professional, good location , bed and sheets/pillows comfortable & clean

The bathroom was a little dated, tub drain slow

The location is excellent, near three Metro stations, with a short walk. Lots to do in the area and easy to get to other areas of the city. A good selection of local restaurants, ranging from English to Mexican, where the food is usually good.

Air conditioning in the bedroom was locked at 24 degrees Celcius. This was too warm to be comfortable at night, when asleep. I asked the staff to change it but they didn't. I asked for a fan to be put in the room, if the hotel policy was to keep the A/C on at 24. I got a fan put into my room, which did work in cooling the air, buut sounded like I was on an aeroplane, sleeping.

I stay there so I can be close to all the western expat places close by

Separate shower. I am getting too old to shower in a bath and I worry about falling

Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, and hotel met all expectations. The gym was small but very clean and not busy at all.
