We enjoyed our stay, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and comfy.

Only thing that bothered me was the carpets/mats in the room. They feel very hard and grassy and having a toddler playing around, everything got full of the stuff coming off the carpet/mat.

Everything was to like and enjoy! Patricia is a lovely, helpful and friendly person. The room was spotlessly clean and the decor absolutely beautiful. We will definitely book at your guesthouse again

We would have liked having a tiny bar fridge in the room so we could place our water and cooldrinks in it. Suggestion - I'm sure if you advertised the bar fridge with an additional surcharge for those guests who may need a bar fridge, it would be paid off very quickly

Very friendly and helpful staff, the only problem was the aircon - we could not find a remote for it. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable.

That the remote for the aircon was not in the room.

Your pool wasn't made avaible to us had the net on I was told if I Wana use it I must take the net out and put it back when I'm done cause there's someone not at work for the day, i needed to do there duties, bed uncomfortable,your fan is terrible aswell couldn't feel that a fan was on although was on high speed,your TV is on top of the wardrobe couldn't watch it,shower nozzle is terrible water doesn't spray out properly. I would like you to review my concerns amd unsatisfied stay amd revert back. Was certainly an unpleasant stay.

Completely terrible , the blankets are dirty , bed is not comfortable... I was not even told I'd be sharing a bathroom with other people. Staff has no value of the customers. When you arrive at the property there is no stuff members so you have to wait hours for the so called manager to come ... It's a complete rip off ... I will absolutely never go this place ever again and I don't advise anymore to go to their place in Fourways . To even make matters worse they don't have any Covid implementations on the property and they still give people dirty blankets and carpets ... This place is completely disgusting.
