It is mere minutes away from the beach and very cheap. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. the room was clean.

My view was incredible and the room was functional, comfortable and spacious. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me. I would definitely come back here again.

The furniture was a bit worn but that didn’t bother me much because the room and views were perfect for my stay. In order for me to have those beautiful views I had to walk up a steep hill to get to my room, so that was a little challenge.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Near to beach and market. Sea view is great.

No good amenities like pool or gym or playing zone is available. There is steep hike to reach rooms but no one to support with your luggage. No room service phone support. You have to always come down to talk.

Host is very friendly and helpful.

Lock to the sliding door to enter the property was temperamental and needs changing. Was difficult to open and close. The hairdryer wasn’t working and the host kindly gave us a replacement. The shower head is at an awkward angle and sometimes falls when being used. The bathroom is a wet room with no shower curtain, so close the toilet lid. Also, I appreciate we’re surrounded by trees, but I wouldn’t expect a small army of ants to be running around the dining table.

Outstanding service. Fantastic view and location, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with clear water. Very convenient location for food, beach, entertainment, shopping, money exchange, massages, everything! We reserved the Oceanview unit, some stairs to climb but well worth it. Very very new, clean and spacious. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and kind as Thais are. Also had laundry service right at the office. Taxis and buses go by, very convenient. This is our favourite spot now in Kata beach.

The accommodation is within walking distance to the beach, and it has free parking (but you have to drive up a very steep slope). It is fairly quiet, because the rooms are on a hill slightly off the main road. Rooms are decent.

Close to the beach. The staff are friendly. It is also not far from Kata Beach Market.

Lack of amenities (e.g., only water soap provided). The water pressure is weak and the shower is inconvenient. There is an electric water heater, but the water was not warm. Facilities are old and not clean.

A really nice big studio apartment in an excellent location for Kata beach and local bars and restaurants. The owner and staff are really nice and helpful. I'll definitely stay again.
