Very comfortable beds and bathroom, very nice location, near by a lot of cool restaurants and beer pubs. 🍻 Nice and delicious breakfast!

There was no air conditioner in the room and it was veeeery hot, but there was a fan that we kept on all night. 🥵 They charged us an additional fee that wasn't included on the booking site price.

The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean, but very small.

The parking is very narrow and there is not so much space. The bad thing is that it is locked with key that you have to get from the reception and you can get in and out just from 9am to 9 pm.

The staff were kind and nice. The breakfast was very good.

They call me during my travel from Germany, to ask me why I am not arrived yet, because the reception will close at 20:00 o’clock. I’ve asked them , where to sleep, and they told me that they will check it with their manager.After one hour they’ve made me an offer which I can’t refuse:))) The deal was to pay them extra for every hour. We arrived at 22:30 and we’ve checked in. They gave us cards for the room, with the arrangement to don’t put our entry cards close to phones. We’ve left the hotel for a dinner. After we get back to the hotel, our cards don’t work to enter to our room. In case the reception doesn’t work, and nowhere you can’t find contact, the options are just a few. Crash the door, or sleeping on the couch, or finding better place. After half an hour of trying to open the door, we’ve decided to check in google for contacts, because we only got the phone of the closed reception. I find a mobile phone that doesn’t answer, and in the moment when I’ve decided to broke the door, they call me back. I must find a postbox with a safe, where I can find Mastercard. Checkout is till 10:00 am !!!! Nightmare! Definitely the worst place I’ve ever been.

Wonderful helpful staff and a great breakfast. The cook was always checking to make sure none of the dishes ran out. Some nice roasted potatoes and fresh salad

Extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Was about 15 minutes away from the old town and the attractions. Not a big issue since there are many ways to get there using public transport. On a positive note there is a nice and cheap cocktail bar right next door.

Location was really good, breakfast was gorgeous!

The hotel is very close to a tram station and you can get easily to downtown (Wenceslas Square). There are night trams going as well. Also to a bus station Florenc (for Flixbus or Regiojet buses) it is just 2-3 bus stations. We could leave our suitcases in the storage room after check in. The mattrasses and blankets are comfortable.

The amount of water in the shower was the first day in the evening little bit limited, but the hotel stuff was solving this problem next day so the water supply was working much better in the morning next day.

The bed was big and the breakfast was nice. It was not bad, it was nice enough and did the job but not brilliant.

The room felt a little dated, as though it needed new carpets and a fresh lick of paint. The shower was unpredictable sometimes going from scolding hot to luke warm before it settled on a suitable temperature.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

The room was tiny and the cleaning was a let down because there was a lot of mold around the windows and on the floor the carpet (which covers the entire room - except for the bathroom) is very dirty and outdated. It was a paradise for ants.

The property looks old, despite the incredibly beautiful photos. Our room had damaged doors and incredibly dirty carpets with stains. The paint in the corridors does not look fresh either. There was almost no pressure in the tap, so taking a shower was a real test. 4 stars is too many for such problems. However, you will still find tea, coffee, a mini fridge and a safe in the room.
