The property was clean and the staff lovely

No air conditioner in the down stairs living space no fans outside in the outdoor area. It was very hot and we couldn’t sit inside. One shower didn’t work and plumbing was interesting loud. Some untruths in the advertisement on the booking platform

The Villa was very clean with a great pool area. Also, very convenient location with eating places and a Circle K just outside the front gate and a short walk to the Bintang supermarket.

Only issues were very minor, mattresses and pillows a bit on the hard side and think the outdoor poolside area could do with a small table and chairs for those like my husband and self with bad knees that can’t manage the sun loungers.

Large spacious villa in great location. Friendly and helpful managers Komang, Ketut and staff. Beautiful pool. Comfy beds and cold air conditioning in bedrooms.

The description on Booking.com did not match the actual venue and facilities, with no apology from the property owner. Their description is a blatant lie, no bath, washing machine not operational , no clothes drying facilities, kitchen poorly equipped, vermin running through rooms at night, air conditioning not in communal areas, several days without tea towls provided, drinking water constantly running low/empty, and so on.

I loved this property, it is so big with 4 bedrooms, big pool and plenty of living areas indoor and outdoor. The staff are amazing, Komang the manager helped with any request we had and is so friendly and the house staff were amazing who kept the villa sparkling clean.

The toilet seats in some rooms need replacing as are looking aged. The shower roses are spraying an uneven spray and could also be replaced.

Good location.

The pillows are too thin and shower floor in the bathroom(ground floor bedroom) is a bit slippery.

The staff, the environment and everything were just perfect. Thank you.
