The location and the provision of laundry facilities was a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful too! It was a very homely environment

The boss and staff are really helpful in helping us to get rental ski equipments and they offered to pick us up at the nearest bus stop. Also, they gave us a lift to take our bus. Highly recommended.

Super helpful and very friendly staff. They made the stay very enjoyable. They were always very eager to help. When we had issues with our rental car the drove us to our next hotel in Happo free of charge. amazing people

Somewhat small rooms, but they are great value for money.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the Staff, meals, location and accessibility. We will stay again in the future. Yasuko Kayo Tomo Kurumi Ayaka and staff are so Amazing.

We were very lucky to be staying on some weekdays in the off season with a dump of snow that was amazing. We ended up being the only ones on the property, and the owner treated us so well. Very helpful, picked us up from the station as well. The daily breakfast and dinner were made with love and filling for a day in the mountain. A short walking distance to Goryu, but can also catch a shuttle bus if you want.

The website will advertise “vegetarian options” for meals, but please remember in Japan it often means “no meat” so sea food will be served. I’m sure if you request to them that you can’t eat fish, they will be more than happy to accommodate. It’s a bit far away from any supermarket. They can call you a taxi if you need or I believe if you are there in season there are some buses that run around the city.

Staff were outstanding, Chicken nuggets and chips for breakfast, Great location, Vendoring machine with cold beer, Great Value.

The various breads were really nice at breakfast.

Heating system was a bit noisy at night. Only basic toilets in rooms, but better ones in common areas.
