Not anything to write home about

Breakfast was fair. The facility is clean but the towels are very old

A little piece off heaven…

Excellent service thank you to all staff especially the manager. I would definitely recommend it. I didn’t get to eat the breakfast for the two nights I booked though.

Shower door or glass was missing and I couldn't change any channels on the tv it was stuck on one channel.

Location

I was given a top room and struggled to get up 2sets of stairs- not being so young anymore. The remotes of the tv was not working. Shower trickeling.

I waited a whole half and hour outside I rang the bell I called they land line I called the number on they board it just rang.The place looks nothing like the photos it looks haunted.The lady was sleeping all along and said she didn't hear when me and my husband arrived mxm we booked a other place cause the pool was dirty.

NEVER COME TO THIS LODGE! COMPLETE SCAM.

It's safe.

Lighting is bad. Bad loadshedding. No toiletries.Rude customer support. Didn't get no toiletries as mentioned. Didn't get bidet. No toothpaste, Lotion, soap. Bathroom door was broken. No utensils given. TV was old model. Too expensive.

Very good

The room was spacious, and the area is quite, which was great for when I needed to work.

You will walk for close to a km between the reception and the guest house. I think People coming in should be made aware of that.

There wasn't any water, rooms weren't cleaned properly. Found a used condom in the bathroom cupboard. There is no dustbins in the rooms. Booked out two days early and booked into River Road Lodge. Pictures are very misleading. It does not look as advertised.

Very good

The room was quite big for the price and very clean.

The channel offerings on the tv and the non availability of intercom facility in the room. Had to rely on the use of mobile phone for communication. Also, I was made to walk to the annex of the guest house, which is about 300 metres from the official, advertised address.
