Would highly recommend. There were a couple of small things, like a burned out light bulb, but the property management team was on the ball to get it resolved.

There were lots of towels, cookware and even some pool and beach toys. The extra fridge in the garage was useful as we used grocery Concierge to have our weeks worth of groceries delivered when we got there. Loved this home, would definitely rent again.

The house itself was great. However, we quickly noticed multiple roaches hanging around the garage and lower level. One of our bags had a mouse chew through it. On the final night a guest had a mouse run across his bed while a different guest in a different room was bit in the lip by one while he was sleeping. If it wasn’t out last night we would’ve demanded a new location

I first walked in and saw hair on the floor. All the furniture needs to be replaced especially the couch. The couch looks like a heath hazard and is absolutely disgusting. It looked like pink mold was growing on it. The walls could use new paint too. It was a good size house for our girls trip. One girl said her bed was caving in (one of the twin beds) but no other complaints. The kitchen was fine but could have used more supplies . We ended up having to buy paper towels, toilet paper/trash bags etc because there was little provided for 10 people. There also wasn't enough shower towels for everyone. The pool was nice but could have been better cleaned when we first arrived. There was a massive storm the first night so they cleaned it the next day which was nice. The house is very close to the beach which was perfect. Don't expect any beach stuff there for you to use though because we didn't find any. All in all this house would have been great if they just took care of it and replaced the furniture.

The house is cute and clean, its a perfect beach house. The location is great. I would say it actually sleeps 10-11. With barley one pillow per person. The pool is not heated, and in early spring it definitely mattered. The water was freezing, in the pool and the ocean. There is not much to do, if you can't be in the water.

Great location on a quiet street that is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Three bedrooms (master down and two up) plus a curtained off loft overlooking the main living area (furnished with three futons that acts as a fourth bedroom). Main living area is large and well furnished. Kitchen/dining room is a bit cramped, but functional. All bedrooms well furnished. One full bath upstairs, one large master bath, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Back wrap-around deck is well furnished and very nice. Pool area is nice. Easy access to two car garage was very convenient and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is so convenient with a family. Just a short walk to the beach and the decks overlooking the pool were so nice too. Could have used an outside table to be able to eat dinner on. The one that was outside was for about 2 people to share. The inside had cracked tiles, walls needed to be painted and the furniture was super outdated. Glass table in the kitchen was hard to maintain clean through the week with kids. Overall not a bad property, just needs some updating.

Only one block from the beach. House was clean and decorated so beautifully. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely book this house on future visits to Florida. Pool was fantastic. I would mention the BBQ grill in your advertisements as we were unsure ahead of time. We enjoyed the pier, parasailing and dolphin boat ride. We also saw the Blue Angels and toured the fort. Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant was great.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping etc. They even had blow up mattresses if we needed them. I would definitely stay here again.
