I stayed with my husband and the room was perfect - city view overlooking the church with fireplace. Rooms were exceptionally well appointed and very comfortable, Bathroom had robes and slippers (great for our spa treatments!) and full mini bar. The room had a large shower and all the amenities, including a hair dryer with a diffuser. Absolutely loved our stay (and the hotel itself is beautiful). Staff were friendly and professional, and we were treated like royalty at the Valmont spa. We are locals and will definitely return!
I really wanted to see the Tennis final but the hotel TV did not have a wide range of selections including TSN (a real travesty for a high end Canadian hotel!).

house keeping, we know we will pay tips to house keeping and we always leave the sum money for the tips when we check out . the house keeping haven’t received the tips some daily and we didn’t get a service such as coffee shorts and bottled water and tea bags daily, disappointed with the five star hotel

The staff was all so friendly and super helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The fireplace was worth the upgrade. Truly felt like a 5 star hotel!

I wish the bathroom was slightly me cleaner. there seemed some foot marks on the floor. also I found a safety pin on the carpet.

My husband and I had wonderful experience. From the valet, reception, to the housekeeping, they were all so lovely. We had delicious cocktails and breakfast in the bar area. The valentines chocolate in our room was also a sweet touch. Wonderful staff there as well! We will definitely be back.
