Petiot déjeuner très médiocre, mauvaise qualité viennoiseries, un seul choix de confiture , pas de véritable yaourt, Impossibilité d’obtenir du poivre !!!

I like the staff, Cristina was very diligent and exceeded my expectations.

The room did not have A/C, only a table fan, that was a surprise for me.

The hotel rooms are not secure. The cameras don't provide views of some entrance doors to the rooms. In the morning I left a wrist watches on the table(and the table is a step away from the entrance door) and when I came back to the room in the late afternoon the $200 watches were stolen. I paid for the stay $188 and I asked to return that money for my stay. The manager watched the video camera records but camera line of view wasn't even close to the entrance door area. She refused to compensate me for my loss "Because I had to keep All valuables in the safe". I didn't consider leaving my personal belongings ( like $200 watches) in the Closed door room is a Problem. It's not Real Valuables but Now I understand that I had to hide almost everything. I'm very disappointed that Hotel management decided that This wasn't a Big deal. In there opinion I was "negligent" and The hotel doesn't do anything about it. Yes, I understand that Legally they are not responsible for any customers losses but I believe that Compensating me for the loss (what I had paid for my stay) should not be a problem for such a big (13 stories) hotel in the Center of Medellin. I have Very Bad Impression about my stay. The breakfasts are very simple(all the same for 6 days: coffee, orange juice, Chocolate and small portion of scrambled eggs with little piece of soft cheese. Yes, toasts were there, and butter with jam.

Spacious clean room. Accommodating staff at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Near the center of city. Balcony was an excellent touch. Check in a breeze.

Louvers did not close fully. A bit noisy from traffic.

Rooms are old but they are in good condition. Bed was very comfortable. Contact with hotel before the trip was easy and they were very helpful to organize transport and other requests.

The room was very noisy, as it is located near a main street in the center of Medellin. Breakfast was regular, it would be nice to improve the room and presentation of food (not a lot of options)
