The staff was very polite, breakfast was very good. the food in lobby lounge was very good.

the executive suites are bit bad located. we had to walk over a rooftop area to get to the suite, no connection with covered corridor. inside the suite the floor was quite dirty and dusty, that we had to call service for cleaning. we got offered to change to another suite but situation in two other suites wasn’t very different. the executive lounge was also the lobby lounge. we expected to get some simple food for free in executive lounge like in other hotels but here were only beverages and a bowl of nuts available/free.

I liked the comfort of the bed, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the swimming pool, the Wu restaurant, the garden and the quietness, and the breakfast.

The changing room of the swimming pool needs a refresher, especially compared to the rest of the facilities. I wasnt a fan of the fish burger.

Beautiful illuminated gardens👍I really liked the service of staff at Lobby bar and Open Bar in replacement of drinks in Executive Lounge. I had a beautiful fruit and cakes platter in my suite. Pleasant swimming pool and solid breakfast. A colossal Cheese platter served at the Lobby bar😋

The Executive Lounge hasn't got a good selection of food and drinks. A small place which was quickly full. Staff at reception didn't say much and Offered fairly dim service. I reported TVs not working in room... they forgot to send someone for assistance. I reckon that rooms need to be refreshed with furniture and decoration /walls.

I paid for a business class room without realising the little extras that come with the room. It made our stay all the more relaxing and fun. Loved the room and it's amazing bathroom, Room service was great and so was the buffet breakfast.

Getting there isn't easy, public transport from Wuxi can take a few hours. Take a taxi or a Didi as it's only 30 minutes. It is worth the trip out there.
