The setting is absolutely beautiful. You really feel far away from the city and hustle and bustle. Animals are close by and the deck with the braai area just nailed it for me!

It's more rustic farm house than luxury hotel room but it didn't bother us much as all

There is nothing more wonderful than arriving at your booked destination only to find that the property EXCEEDS your expectations and that basically sums up our stay at Crown River Safari. Faye, was wonderful in communicating directions and greeted us warmly upon arrival. The huge house has all the creature comforts, making our stay an absolute pleasure. There is a variety of wildlife available and if you are looking for the sound of silence to envelope you and feel a million miles away from civilisation then this one's for you!

It would be useful to have an information pack so that guests know more about the property, what to see, avoid etc.

The property was clean and the linen was clean. The management was friendly and helpful. Our stay was comfortable.
