in my opinion this place is a scam and should be removed from booking.com, it does them no good. I think the pictures were taken 10 years ago, when the walls saw fresh paint, now it is falling off, the furniture is broken and the hallways have holes in the ceiling and smell of mold. there are 3 elevators but most of the time only one was working and it was full, I had to use the 14 floor stairs. the internet was very slow and I couldn't use it and the air conditioner blew on my head and I left sick. the area is very strange and far from everything. the barber shop next to the block charged me 5 times more than normal with a smile on their face for 5 minutes of haircut (they saw me as a tourist and thought I didn't know how much it costs but I had to pay) everything seems like a scam in this area . be careful!!! I also did something wrong, I left some stains on the bedding, but I don't even want to apologize, it's not worth it!!

nothing, actually when we arrived.. we just stayed for 10minutes to rest then we decided to transfer to another hotel

There’s a lot of people outside the hotel and i feel like it’s not safe to stay there.. Even in the elevator when were going down, there’s a guy who keep talking on us and it seems like his high on drugs. The condotel is not well maintained like it is creepy.

We booked the place because it was very near Okada. However, the gate beside Okada was only accessible for homeowners so we couldn't walk to Okada. We had to get a taxi or Grab instead and it was a 10min ride.

Apartment was nice in itself.

What I didn't like was the heavy security people walking around with shotguns, etc. I didn't like the botched booking in that made my partner feel very uncomfortable. I also didn't like that we weren't warned this place is a building site. You have builders looking in your window as the buildings around are all incomplete. To get any privacy on all days of the week you have to keep the curtains shut. On most mornings the communal areas also smell like bad onions.

If you are traveling here because it seems close to the casino/okada, it isn't. On the map it is close and walking distance but the road is closed by guards between here and the casino so the true distance is over 5km and it is unsafe to walk the alternate route, you will need a taxi to go anywhere which can take over half an hour of failed requests through grab. I had a friend who was staying nearby who stopped by before we went to lunch, the security refused to let them up unless they leave their passport at the desk which is not a legal request. If you do come, don't eat at the restaurant outside to the right, I got the absolute worst food poisoning I have ever experienced.
