I loved the location! 2 streets behind Paseo de Montejo and so close to the city center. The staff was always nice and helpful, if you need an iron they have at the reception and they can lend it to you. The included breakfast was great: coffee, juice and a plate of fruits with yogurt and granola. For a fair additional price you may get waffles, quesadillas or eggs. We ordered eggs and they were served with plantain and black refries beans. delicious.

I totally hated the sky lights in the room (they should have little blinds for them, I wake up with some light and having them was waking me up every morning. They need to do something about them. The shower in the room need some maintenance, it had lime scale therefore it was plugged and didn’t allow the water to come out properly. Out of there, the bathroom was tidy.

The mattress was too soft and there was a continuous buzzing noise, not sure where it was from, may be the air conditioning or some kind of ventilation system.

Room was quiet and very comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure. Clean hotel. Friendly staff.

The main problem was that my room had no windows at all. It did have a glass brick skylight, but still felt a bit closed in especially if the sun was not shining. Fresh air is a great thing!

In general the venue is nice and quite. Clean. Comfortable. The staff was nice most of our stay. However we had a little clash.

We agreed for an early breakfast with a receptionist on check-in (included in price). When we got down for the breakfast it turned out that it was not ready. There was noone at the venue apart of a grumpy night receptionist. At first he refused to provide us the breakfast. Then after a little discussion, hesitantly and unwilling he made us toasts and gave out jam claiming that only continental breakfast is provided in price. It was not stated on the confirmation nor the offer on booking.com.

The condition of the hotel was outstanding for Mexiko. The rooms appeared very new and comfortable, so were the beds. The AC worked really good we had all we needed in the room. We also asked for laundry service, and the staff helped us with it. Laundry was taken and brought back to the hotel the same afternoon - very comfortable, for a good price and easy. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is located in a safe area. Walking to the city might take 10 minutes. All good!

We would have loved more variety at the breakfast. Its the simple one - toast, butter, marmelade, fruits, coffee.

Good location and pretty good value for money!

The breakfast included in the offer was pretty poor. Plate of fruit with yoghurt, 2 pieces of toasts with butter & marmelade and a coffee. When we asked if we could have a piece of cheese or ham with the toast they said that we could order another type of breakfast for 95 pesos.

The room had everything I needed, there was hot water and good water pressure. The room was very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. There was an air conditioner as well. The staff was super nice, especially Biany who has went above and beyond to accommodate me. The location was superb, walking distance from the center. Laundry place is not far. I would deifnately recommend that place, it has quite fresh and modern look.

I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff were so nice, thé hotel is beautiful (swimming pool in thé beautiful patio) and well located. Great breakfast. Comfy room with a large bed and AC.
