The location was quite good for the hotel and placed very well, only thing is to reach this hotel you need to be ready for some tight roads. The view was fantastic for the mountain view rooms and the hospitality was nice as well. The photo from my room is also there.

What I was offered in this price is awesome, beautiful rooms with a magnificent view of Mountain ranges and the soothing sound of birds chirping is like music to the ears. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing as they go out of their way to make your trip memorable. The hotel is like 10 mins from the city centre but a heaven for those seeking peace and calmness.All combined this is the best hotel I came across which literally has everything you need for your staycation as it does not feel like you are staying at a hotel. It is in true words your home away from home, I am for sure coming back soon with my family as I already miss that place.

I was searching for a peaceful location for a quick break along with my sister and after doing some research I found Hotel Quartz which is a hidden gem in Dharamshala with breathtaking views of mountain ranges. The best thing about this hotel is the service they provide you with a big smile and a bigger heart, all of the staff members were really great and helpful. The food was absolute yum and we enjoyed having barbecue and bonfire in their beautiful lawn area where you can here the natural water flowing alongside the hotel, I was told that the water was coming directly from the mountain ranges and it was so pleasant and calming to here that water stream sound. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers planning to stay in Dharamshala as it was an absolute delight staying there.

It could have been better if I could just stay there for a longer time.

Food was excellent, cleanliness was good but if u pay so high there was no other facilities like Gym or spa rtc

The staff is amazing. They go out of their way to make your trip good. They had arranged two wheeler rented bikes whenever needed and also guided us to locations where we could travel to. They also changed our room to a better view as well without any hassels. (Note- yhe previous view was also good) The hotel is next to a farm which is a great place to view sunsets and sunrise. I spent most of my mornings watching the sunrise there. This place is best suited to watch sunsets.
