L'appartement est superbe, très bien équipé et très confortable. La résidence est très agréable et les deux piscines sublimes. Le personnel est très sympathique et prévenant.

Spacious apartment with all that one needs. Pool facilities lovely.

Spacious 3bdrm/2bthrm apartment with all needs covered - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, smart televisions in lounge and all bedrooms, great wifi. Beautiful grounds, secure parking, very quiet, nice secure patio/garden area on ground floor apartments for kids. Liked that it was not right in the city, but only a 10min easy drive to get to city.

Everything, pools , location, appartments staff felt secure

Everything was excellent

Everything was easy, from booking and special requests right through to check-out. We had a special request for a ground level room owing to one guest being in a wheelchair with limited mobility. Everything provided in the apartment was accessible to this guest, with a walk-in shower in the ensuite and wide, tiled spaces to move around. Even the establishment pool was mobility friendly. All appliances and furniture in the apartment were in good condition/working order. The kitchen was stocked with ample appliances, dishes and utensils. There honestly wasn’t even so much as a squeaky fan, everything was great!

the grounds and swimming pool were well maintained and very nice but there could have been more seating around the pool as often there was none available to use.The accomodation is secure and parking is great.

We stayed in Apartment 20. Unit was not clean dust and ice cream wrappers found under bed, rubbish bin was filthy, lack of toilet rolls on arrival had to address with reception early in stay.Main bathroom old with poor plumbing and exhaust fan not working.Air conditioner in one of the bedrooms faulty , never used by us but continually went on and off by itself this which was extremely disappointing as it resulted in disrupted sleep.This was addressed with staff more than once and unable to be rectified .Water in kitchen a scalding risk as way too hot. Rubbih bin location could be better situated in each car parking area and recycling limited.

Location was good nice and quiet

Beautiful gardens and the apartment was spacious and well appointed.

The location is a little further from Cairns than we initially thought.
