Our dream was to stay at a finca at mallorca to celebrate our 70:s birthdays with our children and their families. The dream came true. We could feel the historic bakground everyday. With the sheep close by it was really a countryside experience. The house was very picturesque and all eleven of us made dinner outside everyday. Morningcoffe outside enjoying the sunrise behind the mountain was breathtaking. The pool was great for the young ones. House was clean and very functional. Everyday foodshopping in Sa Pobla worked fine. Access to cars is necessary. Our host senora Maria Rosa took well care of us. Thank you. Birgitta & Henrik

We had a wonderfull time in Can Faveta. The house was clean and very cosy. Very Nice to stay with A big family. Everything was perfect. A big swimmingpool and different terrasses. We can recommand this house very much. The owners of the house were also very kind and helpfull.

I cannot rave enough about our time staying at this Finca! Firstly, the support from Mary was above and beyond. She was responsive, helpful and accommodating across the board. As for the house itself, it was beautifully kept with plenty of space for all ten adults (that also need to get away from each other at times!) with a large pool, various sitting areas, two kitchens, sizeable bedrooms, not to mention a great view of the valley and the sea at a distance. We enjoyed many days just at the house and also ventured to the local beaches and vineyards nearby. It's a great location with a bit less tousim then the south part of the island which we really appreciated. All in all, we would recommend anyone to come to this finca for a stay - it has something for everyone + more!

I’ve just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful property- the photos don’t do justice to the amazing location or layout. The pool area and outside kitchen and seating areas were brilliant for our group of three families. We had children ranging from 4 to 23 and everyone had a great time. The finca is within easy driving distance of both Alcudia old town and the port, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. There are also good supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Maria the owner was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The house is close to nearby cites and beaches but also lovely to just stay at. My only tiny comment is the logistiscs of the kitchen - there is an outdoor kitchen, and indoor and a pantry for bowls and plates, so we did a lot of walking between kichens. Would definitely go back.

We, 6 adults and 6 children (ages 2-17), spent 10 days in the end of June in beautiful Finca Can Faveta, an absolutely lovely villa with fantastic surroundings! It’s beautiful, genuine, rustic, well-kept, clean and have plenty of space for 12 people. Everything, just everything, is truly beautiful and well thought through in the villa; well equipped kitchen, beautiful china and pots, uniform towels and linen, clean bathrooms etc. you will not miss anything here! An extra big star to the pool which was clean and well maintained throughout the stay, a joy to play and swim in (due to its generous size). The main road below the villa and its surroundings does not disturb at all, it feels rather safe to be able to easily drive to, shopping, beaches, lunch restaurants or straight down to Palma. This place is suitable for those of you who appreciate the calm, genuine and beautiful, who want to live in privacy but still have proximity to necessities by car. This villa is a dream for a group/family that appreciates cooking dinners at home, enjoying a generous pool and likes daytrips to beautiful places around. For nearby grocery shopping we recommend Lidl and Eroski in Sa Pobla, for lunch and beach Puerto Pollenca is the most beautiful place close by and offcourse Palma (easy to get there and park in garages in the middle of the city). The hostess María Rosa is fantastic; professional, warm and service-minded!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit großartigem Pool und alle was man braucht. Ein einziger kleiner Mangel: Mückengitter wären von Vorteil, da es davon wirklich viele gibt.

This house is unique - an old farmhouse gently changed into a superior house for vaccation specially for big families. The hostess Maria Rosa is helpfull and very kind. The surroundigs are beautyfull. There is a lot of space for children and the swimmingpool is situated just close to the house. There is a peacefull atmosphere here in the middle of the countryside and still close to Alcudia and the sea visible from the house.

Absolutely stunning villa with pool. Beautiful views, comfortable inside with everything you would need for a self catering week. We were a Family of 12 ranging from 5 - 67 and every single person thoroughly enjoyed the Villa. Maria Rosa was extremely helpful & lovely throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend this beautiful accommodation, Thank you Maria!

A fab 7 days spent mainly in the big and beautiful pool but also with easy access to multiple beaches. Clean, exceptional well equipped and Rosa-Maria was the perfect host. The main road is a little closer than we expected. But that in no way effected our stay in this wonderful finca.

We stayed at Maria‘s finca with 12 friends. It was the perfect house for this many people. We had enough space in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as in the (outdoor) kitchen with its long wood table. Our group loved the big pool area. We would recommend having a ,,higher“ vehicle since the way up to the finca is a bit tricky. Maria was the nicest host and we would love to come back!

Very beautiful property with excellent views. Every room was very cozy. The house had particularly beautiful dishes. :) The location was also good although we hoped for better walking terrain right from the house.

Wir waren 12 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder) und hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Mallorca. Die Finca ist wunderbar, groß, bequem. In der Küche haben wir alle Utensilien gefunden, die wir gebraucht haben. Maria Rosa war von Anfang an sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Städte Alcudia und Pollenca in der Nähe sind auch sehr schön. Insgesamt waren wir alle sehr begeistert und können nur die Finca weiterempfehlen. Mallorca ist immer wunderbar.

We were a group of 6 adults, 5 young boys and 1 baby and have just returned home having had an amazing stay at this beautiful home and a truly authentic example of a Traditional Mallorcan Farmhouse. The views are outstanding and the pool is the most perfect we have ever experienced, being large, in direct sunlight and surrounded by those views. We have been holidaying in such villas for the past 6 years and this was certainly the best we have stayed at. The property manager, Maria, was always quick to respond to any queries in the build-up to our stay and met us on arrival to give us a tour and ensure we had everything we needed. We had no issues or concerns during our stay however, I am sure that if any problems had arisen Maria would have swiftly dealt with such. The bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms were perfect for our needs and kitchen facilities, while relatively basic, were more than adequate and as you should expect for a Traditional Country House style property. The location is great and a 15min drive to the nearby towns of Pollenca and Alcudia with a further short hop to their respective beaches. The nearby road was a concern on arrival but was quickly forgotten with our elevated position and those views!! I cannot recommend this property enough and thank Maria for helping to make our stay a happy and relaxing one.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Maria was so helpful and welcoming when booking the property and we weren’t disappointed when we arrived. The villa was clean, with lots of space and in a beautiful setting. It was also close to both Alcúdia old town and Pollença old town which we loved. Lots of lovely shops and places to eat. Amazing villa, great location, Aircon throughout, lovely pool, we had a brilliant holiday, highly recommended.

We where 11 people (age 16 to 87) and stayed one week in this absolutely fantastic house. All bedrooms are comfortable with air condition and the bathrooms are just as nice as in the pictures. The pool is big and clean and there where sun beds for all of us and a big tree that gave shadow. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need for cooking and serving. The outdoor dining table is big enough for 15 people and we spent most of our evenings there. The "outdoor livingroom" with air condition is really nice when you need to escape the heat and you have a lot of different sitting groups around the garden. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes from Alcudia and the view (you can see the sea) is amazing. The owner, Maria Rosa, is a fantastic host and she even provided us with breakfast the first morning, as we arrived very late in the evening. All information about location and check in was detailed and easy to understand and she answered all our questions without delay. This property met all our expectations and more to that, and we can highly recommend it and would love to come back.

Wir waren 10 Personen und das Haus war perfekt. Eine attraktive Finka mit viel fler. Der Pool ist großartig zum entspannen! Wir hatten 2 Mietwagen und das war auch gut so. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen und wir werden auch wieder kommen. Die Vermieterin Maria war sehr hilfsbereit und der Kontakt war gut.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt in bester Lage mit kurzen Anfahrtswegen zu vielen Zielen im Norden der Insel. Die Außenküche mit Essbreich sind sehr angenehm.

Als Gruppe von 11 Freunden/Familie (8 Erwachsene, Kinder 4, 7 und 9 Jahre) waren wir eine Woche auf der Finca Can Faveta. Wir waren schon oft auf Mallorca, aber das erste Mal auf einer Finca. Can Faveta war perfekt für uns: - wunderschönes, charaktervolles Landhaus, relativ modern eingerichtet mit schönen Bädern und Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind alle recht großzügig, d.h. auch bei einer Belegung aller Zimmer fühlt es sich nicht gedrängt an - auch Dank der 3 Bäder. Das Gelände ist weitläufig. Jeder konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen. Gut ausgestattet mit Holzkohle-Grill, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränken, allerdings ohne Waschmaschine. - toller Pool. Nicht beheizt, aber im Juni absolut warm genug. Die Kinder wären allein damit gut beschäftigt gewesen, aber dazu kamen Tischtennisturniere, Billard und Besuche bei den Schafen der Finca. - perfekte Lage. Kurze Wege zu Stränden und Zielen für Tagesausflüge. Unser Programm: Breiter Sandstrand für die Kids an der Playa de Muro, Städtetrips nach Alcúdia, Palma, Pollenca und Soller, Ausflug zum Cap Formentor und Playa Formentor. Dazu noch ein Nachmittag Water Park mit Riesenrutschen für die Kinder. Außer Palma und Soller alles sehr nah. Wir hatten mehrere Mietwägen für die Gruppe und hätten die nicht missen wollen. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und empfanden die Finca als echten Luxus. Man ist total flexibel, hat viel Platz und kann auch als größere Gruppe gut relaxen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-)

Wir -3 Generationen- haben nicht nur die ruhige Lage sondern auch den Pool, Billiard und Tischtennis genossen. Die Aussenküche war viel im Einsatz und das Anwesen ist gross genug, dass jeder sich auch mal zurückziehen konnte. Alles war sehr sauber und die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir danken Maria Rosa für eine sehr schöne Woche. Ps nur die Mücken haben gestört 😏�

We struggled to get flights on the dates of our original booking and she happily allowed us to change the booking dates. The house had everything we needed and was in good condition, clean, and well maintained. The views from the front patio and the garden at the back are splendid, the pool was a good size, the wifi worked well for the kids. It was lovely to be away from the towns without being overlooked but also only fifteen minutes away from Polenca and Alcudia. It is a great base for the North-East of the island and we would certainly book it again.

First of all, we want to say thanks to Maria. She is just perfect. Extremely friendly, loving and helpful in all matters. We arrived late at night and she organized some foods and drinks so that we could have a late night snack. The communication was always reliable from the beginning til the end. Maria was extremely service minded and quick to reply to any questions or wishes we had. Muchas gracias Maria! When the sun rose the next moring we were blown away! It was just fantastic. The setting is stunning. Breathtaking views from the front plaza or from the backside where we could chill around the large pool (the pool is illuminated at night). Not to forget to mention the beautyful gardens. There are plenty of lemon and orange trees and the air is filled with mediterrian fragrance. There are 2 kitchens - the outdoor one is perfect for communal cooking. Bedrooms are all equally nice so there’s not a short straw or any need to fight for the best room! You can have breakfast there every morning easily, and you can prepare everything for a wonderful barbecue with a sunset view. The house has all facilities needed and everything was clean. You will be at the next beautiful beaches or supermarkets in 10 minutes by car (you definitely need a car!!!). A great place to go with friends or family. Highly recommended! We will be back soon! Great Holiday, nice place. Especially the pool!!

Age range from 70 to 7 and we all enjoyed ourselves a lot. The chickens were a big hit, and all the sheep with their bells and spotting hoopoes too. The pool was wonderful too, and the kitchens and barbecues made life very straightforward. We were made very welcome by the senoras and we were very comfortable in our bedrooms as well as outside. Shopping easy on our way home from beach. Palma airport is also very good, and we were quickly in and out, which improves the overall effect on holiday and the car hire was handy as well. We did manage to avoid the very busy beaches, but had to drive quite far, but very nice to come back to.

Our three families made up of seven adults and five children had a fantastic two weeks at Can Faveta villa. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Full of rustic charm, beautiful views all around, very peaceful and lots of space for three families to spread out. There were plenty of quiet corners as well as big communal areas and we loved having BBQs and using the pizza oven for big gatherings. The kitchen was well equipped with two fridge freezers, the bathrooms modern with good showers and the beds were really comfy. The only thing I would recommend is for one of the fridges to be placed in the outdoor kitchen rather than in the outhouse (some distance away) for cooking convenience. We especially enjoyed using the telescope for some evening star gazing! The pool is a really good size for such a large group and we used it every day. We had a minor plumbing issue during the first week which was dealt with very quickly within 24 hours and the owner was extremely quick and helpful in dealing with some wasp's nests we found near our eating area...all part of the rustic countryside charm! The location is also good, ideally located close to both Pollença and Alcudia and some great beaches. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa for big family groups or to return in the future.

We were two families (10 people) and the house (Finca) was very well sized for us and then some. There is a very nice outdoor kitchen where we spent most of the time cooking and dining. The pool area is excellent and big for this type of house. The house has all facilities needed. The WiFi works but best in the tv room. The location is perfect for privacy and yet only 5 min drive from the beaches and other activities in Alcúdia or Pollença. The elevated placement of the Finca provides a really nice view from the seaside to the mountains. The landlord Maria was extremely service minded and quick to reply to any questions or wishes we had. The best recommendations available for the beautiful holiday location.

A group of us have just returned from 7 fabulous days at Maria’s place. It is one of the nicest houses we’ve stayed in on the island - it has very original charm. Incredibly spacious - so perfect to escape if you want a bit of space from the rest of the party. It’s a beautiful setting up a hill between two peaks. The pool is at the rear and is lovely and large and loads of sun beds for lounging. There are 2 kitchens - the outdoor one is perfect for communal cooking. Bedrooms are all equally nice so there’s not a short straw or any need to fight for the best room! Three bathrooms - so no waiting for showers. The general vibe is more rustic than modern, which suited us perfectly. To top it off, Maria is a real pleasure to deal with, very communicative and accommodating. A great place to go with friends or family. Highly recommended! We will be back soon!

When we arrived we were blown away. It is fantastic. Set up on the side of the hill about 10 mins from Alcudia town this place is a haven. Fab pool, authentic finca inside, outside pizza oven and kitchen . The swimming pool is large and the setting is stunning.I hope to get back soon..

The owner met us at the property and kindly showed us around the house and the pool. It has a lovely open air kitchen and it was well equiped with cooking resources. The kids loved the pool table, table tennis and the amazing swimming pool. There is a barbecue that we used and we very much enjoyed eating on the terrace. A beautiful house and a fantastic holiday. If you want modern, crisp and pristine, this is not the place for you. If you want soul, passion, a beautiful setting and loads of character topped with wonderful views and a very kind owner, read on. Our family of 12 stayed at this property for a week preceding my daughter's wedding. Maria was good enough to meet and greet and show us around - no notes on the door and key under the mat, but true hospitality. It's not luxury but who wants Wedgewood when you can sup your first glass of wine from an earthen ware goblet and become completely grounded in Majorca. The property was very clean and as well maintained as you might hope for in an older property that is a working finca. The large pool area easily accommodated the entire family during the day either sunbathing, swimming or sitting in the shade. The large open air kitchen was quickly christened 'the drinking table' and most nights saw it being drank at or danced around. The remoteness lends itself to a family of 12 being perfectly relaxed when able to create as much noise as we can. You do need a car but to be honest, once you've stocked up the fridge, you don't need to go anywhere else. If you must, then Alcudia and Pollenca are a very easy drive away for provisions and/or dining out. My brother in law was very excited to spot some very unusual birds (feathered variety) both around the property and at the nature reserve about 20 minutes drive away. We can't wait to go back.
