The room was super big, calm and fresh. Same for the bathroom. I came here for an intermediate Stopp from Palenque to San Christobal by motorbike. They have a garage where you can park your bike. From Villahermosa you can head to El Chichonal and then further on. The room was clean and the staff was nice. You can get everything you need (supermarkets, lots of food stands, restaurants, bank) in walking distance and also the hotel restaurant is good!

The room did not get cleaned well only the bed was made, the bathroom and the trash was taken out, other than that everything was exactly as was when i left the room. Wifi was fine the first night and the second night because we extended didn't work the whole day

Zona lux is very run down, cant hink of any reason to stay there

The bedsheets were dirty. TV did not work. WiFi didn’t work. There is a private club on the ground floor blasting bad live music until 3am really loudly. It felt I had mariachis in my room. To add to the cacophony, a really loud AC just outside the window was snoring 24/7. The price is not cheap for México. Value for money is terrible. So in summary, cannot sleep, cannot watch TV, cannot use internet. I guess there was running water and toilet paper... enough for 3 stars? Probably not. Do Not Go!
