Le personnel est super gentil, les prix très abordables et on peut tout payer par carte, la piscine est très bien aussi sur le rooftop. Les dortoirs sont spacieux, lumineux et très propres. Les salles de bains sont nettoyées tout au long de la journée.

Autour de la piscine le sol est super dangereux il faudrait revoir le revêtement pour éviter les accidents, en quelques jours j'ai vu de nombreuses chutes ! Il manque juste un happy hour comme les autres Onederz

Sauberes Zimmer, Dusche mit ordentlich Druck (!!!) super Lage am Fluss und nettes Personal. Darüber hinaus schöne roof top Bar für einen letzten Drink am Abend. Möglichkeit, über das Hotel Touren und weitere Fahrten zu buchen.

Vielleicht die etwas laute Klimaanlage. Aber das wäre fast zu vernachlässigen.

Lit confortable, petit rideau pour l’intimité (qui ne cache pas tout le lit mais juste la moitié). Espace bar et piscine tres sympa. Salle de bain tres correcte et propre.

Seul bémol, il y a deux bâtiments donc vous pouvez être dans celui avec la piscine ou dans celui en face dans la rue. J’étais dans celui sans piscine et ce n’était pas dérangeant de devoir traverser la rue pour se rendre à la piscine mais c’est à savoir :)

Le petit déjeuner est payant je trouve ça dommage de ne pas inclure une formule simple et de faire payer à la limite les petits déjeuners un peu plus élaborés.

The hostel has a great location near the riverside, it is rather cheap and the beds are solid and not squeaky. The common bathroom was clean enough.

This is not the kind of hostel I was looking for. It is huge and has many floors and dozens of rooms. There are no common areas on the floors, no kitchen (and kitchens are the main reason why I prefer hostels to hotels), the room is ugly and does not have a single surface or chair except the bed and the lockers. The electronic keys are noisy and did not always work properly, so someone had to get up and let the poor locked out person in. The biggest problem is the size - a hostel should be a small cozy place where travellers trade stories after a long day of exploration, and this place is bland. The staff is very nice though.

The staff and facilities were great. A dorm was nice and the pool also. The staff spoke good english and was helpful in any questions we had. The common rooms and toilets were always clean and kept in good condition. A good place to stay and I would recommend it.

The dorms could have curtains that cover whole bed. It would be small investment for the hotel and provide more comfort for the guests. My friends had ants in their private room. A breakfast was little bit too expensive.

The location is near the Phnom Penh night market and walking distance (minutes away) to some tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and has a good ac. Overall, we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

i asked before if they had vegan options and they said yes but the first day i arrived one girl said they dont have any vegan options. thwy have fruits but they couldnt change the yogurt for more fruits or something- or cook some things with oil and no butter. in other onederz they did that for all vegan customers and that was very good.

great location and staff is very helpful. I had a private room that was clean and access to the roof top bar and pool. Staff can also help you get tickets for buses to some other destinations and some tours in town.

The rooms were big and comfy .

The bathroom way to small and not many toilets or showers. The curtain at the bed was to short and useless. The staff are not service minded or helpful. They do not share every information for anything. You have to wait 1-1,5 hour before your bus pick you up and you never know if a tuktuk come to take you to another place or the bus. You spend almost 1,5 hour without doing anything and can not go anywhere to buy something to eat or drink because of the risk to miss the bus. I extended my stay two nights and asked for confirmation, did not receive. I asked which date I have to checkout and got different dates from different staff.... When it was time to check out the staff told me I have one more night but according to hos colleauge the day before I had to chevk out the day I did.... and a third person told me that I have 2 more nights....

The beds were comfy and clean. They had lockers for valuables. The rooftop car had good food and drinks, a little pricey but it was decent. The staff generally were great, apart from one bad experience.

One of the male staff members gave me a slightly damaged $10 note, I didn't know that Cambodia does not take any damaged notes, so when I tried to use it in shops, no one accepted this. When I asked the hostel to exchange this for a suitable note, they would not and seemed to indicate I was lying. They did nothing to rectify this.
