The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the facility was located next to a Stadt Park. It was walkable to all the attractions we had on our list. A well-appointed, small kitchen served our needs perfectly, as we opted not to take advantage of the breakfast.

The apartment included a small clothes washer; however, there was no option to dry the clothing once it was washed. Fortunately, the staff offered to take the bag of wet laundry to their facility for drying (and brought it back, folded, to our room...greatly appreciated). Even a drying rack (perhaps a pull-out option from the wall) would have helped. Or, opt for a small stackable W/D. I had booked the apartment because it had a washer; and, when I inquired about the dryer I was told there was one in the building that could be used. I didn't realize it was a staff-only dryer. For those of us traveling several weeks with only a carry-on suitcase. a laundry option every 7-8 days is essential.

Staff was always friendly and ready to help. All interactions were with kindness and had always a smile on their face. Location was very nice. At the beginning we were worried that it would be noisy at night because we were too close to the front desk, but at night were very quiet. The apartment was very nice. Breakfast was great!

The walls had several marks. I wish you would include cleaning them or even painting them where needed. There were no accessories for the towels in the bathroom. Water from shower came out and wet the floor which never dried. Water took too long to get warm (it was never hot)

one of our rooms has a weak air conditioning unit and we had to use a fan all the time .

Nothing - honestly

Very nice and big and luxus appartement. Just near a lovely Park. Only 10/15m to go to the historic enter. Personnel very kind. Superbe 👍

Perfect location, quiet and comfortable appartment. Great value for the price.

The apartment is very spacious with air condition. it is well equipped with kitchen and washing machine. The park is right across the street. Metro station is just around the corner. There is supermarket within a few minutes walk. There are two bath rooms and three toilets. the staff are very helpful.

Nothing much. May be the bed is slightly soft for me.

A beautiful quiet apartment in a lovely location Toiletries provided and tea and coffee Great to have a washing machine also although we couldn’t put clothes outside to dry we managed The location is excellent overlooking Stadpark with a metro station very close The breakfast you can pre book and is fabulous, a huge platter of food with everything Staff were so helpful and friendly and we had no problems whatsoever

The only thing is the spare bed is very noisy and squeaky when you move at all

The one bedroom apartment was superb. The location is perfect. Just in front of central park and around one kilometre from opera house.

Giving 9/10 because one service person from restaurant was extremely rude specifically with Asian guests. Other staff was helpful.

We stayed only for one night. Firstly we were surprised with how support was the staff was. We liked 👍 the appartment very much. Welcome free drink offerd in the restaurant.. Great appartmant with hotel type services. Breakfast served in the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast is not self service and served with mixed food. We have enjoyed it very much. Parking is the challenge in Vienna but you can fully dependent on support from the hotel staff in respect to find the nearest P+R parking.

It would be great to park a car close to the hotel for a reasonable price l. Presently it is 25€ per night

It would be nice and preferrable for the hotel to have an indoor lobby and cafe for arriving guests, especially for the guests that arrives before check-in time.
