Die Lage war super, und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend.
Die Betten könnten komfortabler sein für den Preis. Und die Dusche war verstopft.

Location was really nice, very close to the metro station, nice little bakeries and some good selection of restaurants in walking distance.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, the A/C cranks and it has a nice little back patio. The shower works well, the kitchen has all the appliances you need, both the queen and sofa bed are comfortable. Automatic black-out shades will let you sleep all day if that's what you want. The location is impeccable; you can be on a Paris-bound metro train in under 5 minutes, and in the heart of the Left Bank/Notre Dame area or at the Eiffel Tower in no more than 30 minutes. There are restaurant and cafe options galore within, literally, a 30-second to 1-minute walk. (The town center is about 10 min north). There is a large Monoprix grocery store a 5 min walk away, and a fantastic running/walking park on an island a half mile south. The washer/dryer unit works well, but we recommend drying clothes on the provided drying rack on the back patio. Charging outlets abound.
Not much. If you're driving, you'll have to fight for parking. But that's city living.

I liked the flexibility of the host - we were allowed to check in much earlier and to add a child to the reservation at the last moment, the location of the studio - perfect for visiting the Lolapalooza festival, the neighbourhood - very nice with many shops and restaurants, the proximity to the metro, the studio had everything needed for a 5 night stay
It wasn't very clean. May be it was because of our early check in, but the towels and the sheets also needed some care

the linen was dirty and really unacceptable
it has been horribile to arrive late in the night and found an unusable bed we managed with some spares sheets but all under level f cleaning.
This is the first time in booking experiences that I give a very bad evaluation. I am a little bit sad for this.

Nothing!!!
After waiting a full day (12 hours!!) to get into the property, the hosts failed to give keys that worked in the lock and refused to answer phone when we called to discuss. We got into the building and the key to the unit was in a lockbox. The lockbox was stored in a mailbox full of garbage. When we got the key, it did not fit the door lock. We never got into the room - we canceled our reservation, protested the payment, and got another location. Worst experience we have ever had.

I did not stay but my sister and niece did. Location was good. My sister thought it might be difficult to sleep four people.
it wasn’t cleaned on arrival which was fine as my sister arrived early ( 14:00) Unfortunately, after cleaning there were several issues. Crockery was dirty. The sofa had dirty marks. This was brought to the attention of the host by email. No reply was provided.

Close to the Metro
(1) It was a hot week, and the air-condition unit did not work.
The owner insisted that I send him photos of the remote control... I may not be perfect, but I do know to recognize when an a/c unit does not work. The compressor did not kick in. The owner changed batteries in the remote... but refused to take care of the problem.
(2) The unit was clean overall, but there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen.
(3) The bedroom is not really separate from the living room. This may be okay, but if you want some privacy or the ability to close the door, their solution is only partial.

Too small. No air condition in bedroom. Pictures were deceiving. No nightstands. No access for light switch from the bed. WI-FI instructions were incorrect.

The interior renovation is new and practical. The size is nice and comfortable for a longer stay. The apartment has a skylight window and a small terrace which are very lovely for natural light.
The host is friendly and responsive.
The location is very convenient.
The neighbour can be very loud sometimes.
